I've been going here for years. I recently got a call from an agency collecting funds on behalf of bright now dental. I paid the amount. I contacted bright now dental at first they said they couldn't tell me why I owed this amount. Than someone called back and said it was from a claim over a year ago. They never told me anything. My insurance company said they haven't gotten back to them with the details. When trying to call back. No one ever calls me back. I'm concerned because I am out money that my insurance company covers. I paid 325. The 21 the manager said has no idea why I owe this. My insurance company covers the services. No one from bright now dental will return my calls.Initial Complaint

On 2/16/22 I was charged for dentures $2,192.00 and I charged it to Care Credit I went to all the appointments but the Dentists decided to refer me to a prosthodontist, because the upper dentures did not fit properly and she was just a regular dentist, I asked her why she took the job if she was't able to full filled the job, ******************************* the office manager she said that the money was going to be reimbursed to the Card and in return they will reimburse me the money that I paid I agreed. that was on July, 2022 August came I'm still receiving the bills which I have to paid to avoid interest. I have e-mailed her numerous times she says she reads them but no action I have called numerous time and she submitted the reimbursement because the previous said pending she should have called the main billing office to finalize the transaction, she does not want to release the telephone number. we are in September and I continue to receive the bills, Im very stressed since I only live on SS.Tel for Bright not Dental ********** her e-mail ******************************* Address *************************************************************************Customer response

Thank you for your attention to my complaint #********, today 9/26/22 I called Care Credit and they told me that Bright Now dental has finally Refunded the money and they had a credit, which I asked to send it. Hopefully that will be the end of it.
