DEALING WITH BRIGHT NOW IS LIKE HAVING A ROOT CANAL The front office / customer service of ********************** Now *******************, and Hayward, is abysmal specifically, and generally poor throughout the entire Bright Now network. Specifically, I left Bright Now ******* because the front desk support and appointment administration was poor at best, so I transferred to Bright Now *******************, which was even worse. I needed from Bright Now ******************* a specialty referral form which provides all my insurance information to be sent to ****************** on 9/1. Bright Now ******************* receptionist confirmed they would send it to ****** by email. I coincidently called shortly after *****, and the Bright Now receptionist told me the endodontist office already called, and she would send it so I can get treatment. I even called over the weekend, requesting they be sent so it could be done first thing when they returned from the weekend as I was going to see ****************** on 9/4. ****************** was on the ball and made me aware of the issue of Bright Now flaking on me 9/1. But I have yet to receive a response from Bright Now (9/5), and still continue to be in pain.I am reduced to chopped food and / or a liquid diet because my tooth hurts so much. I still went to get a diagnosis on 9/4. The necessary forms needed from Bright Now never arrived so if I wanted treatment, it would have to be paid OUT OF POCKET. No form, no insurance, no treatment. No help from Bright Now *******************.I am now questioning the quality of care I received from Bright Now *******************. I had an appointment and complained of lower back jaw pain, and Bright Now ******************* took an Xray and found nothing. However, when I went to my sleep apnea dentist thinking it was my mouthpiece was bad, the sleep apnea dentist was the one that actually found the crack in my tooth. BOTH MY WIFE AND I ARE LEAVING THE BRIGHT NOW NETWORK.
