    COMC not only refuses to ship you your cards back the same year you purchase them, they also hold your cards hostage until you pay an upcharge to get your cards mailed back to you.This is probably the worst place on the internet to buy cards. This is the only site that takes longer than a grading company to mail cards. This company has pushed back every estimated shipping date they have ever given me.Any company should find it ridiculous to not be able to ship the items purchased by their customers the same month the customer purchases the items. How has this company not been sued into bankruptcy?Holding my cards hostage until you pay them AGAIN for shipping? I need to pay an upcharge to get my cards back to me this year. How insane is that?If you are a lawyer please reach out to me @ Caporaso4 @aol.com

    Hello,

    Our sincere apologies for the experience. In the last quarter of 2023 and first quarter of 2024 we experienced severe delays due to an overwhelming increase in business. We added overnight shifts and hired additional crew to meet this new demand. We have sent a mass email to all affected parties explaining the situation and providing a courtesy credit in the amount of the shipping service customer's requested. $5.00 for every affected order. We have also set more accurate packaging times to be displayed at check out so that customers may chose a service that best suits their needs. The President of the company is addressing the issue in regular blog posts on the site.

    I have looked and do not see that you have contacted us directly. For clarification, you cannot pay to expedite an order once it has been imported. I am not sure where you are getting that information but, it is false. We are not trying to get a second shipping payment from anyone. I see that your order from 12/07 shipped on 02/03, delivered on 02/07 and the one from 01/17 shipped on 04/04 and was delivered on 04/10. 

    Again, we apologize for the delay and any confusion.
