      Referred by a friend. The customer service and technician are very nice and knowledgeable. The technician came 03/14 for the ant treatment, sprayed outside and put some baits on the places where I pointed out. 03/20 I emailed and called said the ant situation was not getting any better. ***** came to my house on 03/29, spayed outside again and put some powder and ask me to put Terro liquid baits on a sticker 3 times a day (emphasis on only one bait in the whole house) and told me ants will come to eat the baits and decrease the number in 10 days. No ant eats that bait and I found a large pile of ants in the study on 04/03. ***** called me on 04/03 and asked me put the terror in the master bathroom tiles and study again, but we still have ants as of today when I am writing this review.***** called me today 1 hour before scheduled time and said I am not cooperative and not a good customer and not paying the bill on time and trying to trick them for free services, and the whole process has been 4 months(the 1st visit is 03/14/2023, it is only 1 month). They are going to waive my invoice and ask me to find another pest control company.I was speechless and surprised, I thought today's call is going to discuss what is next step for my ant issue. I asked what I did make him feel this way, he said I still didn't pay March bill and threat them all the time in the emails. Then I checked the email threads during the call, and asked him to read me back about what I wrote make him feel this way. He said he doesn't have the emails in front of him. The reason that I haven't paid my March bill because the ant situation is not getting better. I am waiting to see the number of ants is in the decrease trend at least. He said it was ridiculous to even think if they are going to come back my house again to solve the problem because they haven't received any payments.
