Arrotta's Automax and RV Response
11/13/2023
This customer purchased a 20k truck and financed through a bank... The banks will not over finance more than the truck is worth and the service contract was through a third party company. The customer can have the work if something breaks done at any ASE certified service center doesn't need to come to us. So to say that we sell to then make money in our service ***** just isn't the case. *********** contract is to help the consumer should they have any issues and without it would have to come out of the consumers pocket. Every part of this transaction the customer could have walked away from the deal, and not agreed to sign for service contract, or for that matter the truck. Every vehicle sold (if used) we ask the customer to have the vehicle inspected by their own mechanic before purchasing and in fact have them sign a form that states we encourage that before purchase and to not buy the vehicle if anything has been promised that's not in writing.
As for using ***** to market selling vehicles, this is just not so. Do we pride ourselves in being a ********* based company? Absolutely! We do put a daily scripture on our reader board but isn't to promote selling cars, this is to maybe bring some hope or joy to someone needing to hear his word.
