Absolute "bait and switch"! On May 25, 2023 I ordered a "Honda Pioneer 500 Under Hood Storage Compartment by EMP" which was described as "laser cut CNC machine formed metal under hood tray" for my Honda Pioneer. The description and picture on their website were clear, that was what I was ordering. The photo on the website showed a metal tray. The hood tray was manufactured by Extreme METAL Products. My order was delayed twice. When it finally shipped, I received a flimsy plastic under hood tray on June 28, 2023. The plastic tray was of substantially less quality than a metal tray as shown in the picture. I complained to Everything Honda Offroad customer service and requested a return and replacement for the metal tray. They advised that they did not have the metal trays and only had the plastic tray available. I asked for a supervisor. No supervisor has ever contacted me either by telephone or by email. I have asked to talk to a supervisor four times between June 29 and July 7, 2023. The plastic tray they shipped me is of significantly less quality than the metal tray I ordered and paid for. As of July 6, 2023 their website still showed a metal product photograph and had the same description but now contained a single line at the bottom of the description that the metal tray was discontinued and being replaced with a plastic tray. (after I had repeatedly complained and requested to talk to a supervisor.) I believe that this is an absolute "bait and switch" sales tactic. They described an item as "laser cut CNC machine formed metal under hood tray" and showed a picture of a metal product, but shipped a plastic flimsy product worth half the value at best. Customer service says they don't have any metal products to ship me. No supervisor has made any attempt to contact me. I have the emails with customer service, screenshots of the website page showing the description and photo of the item as represented. This company is dishonest!
