              I had trouble getting a response from several electricians in the area that I had used before. When I did get one, they never responded with a quote after our initial contact. I then contacted North Country Electric Service. What a difference? The customer service person on the phone was pleasant, friendly and most importantly very helpful! We made an appointment for one of their electricians to come out and give an estimate. He was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable, providing alternative solutions to our needs. We got our quote efficiently through email and decided on 2 of the 3 small projects we needed done - conversion of a 220V to a 110V outlet and installation of a ceiling fan in our vaulted living room. The customer service person called to ask for a rescheduled time, sooner than our original appointment, which was fine with us. The electricians were on time, careful with ladders and equipment in our kitchen and living room and performed the installations efficiently. We had a small issue with the ceiling fan we had purchased due to a sloped ceiling but the electricians explained the issue, the potential solutions and we resolved the problem. We love the ceiling fan! And the conversion of the outlet was perfect! Our new gas range arrived that afternoon. We could not have been happier with the service provided by North Country! They will be our "go to" electricians from now on!
