Truck Country in Oak Creek Wi off Ryan rd is the worse place to take your truck. I took my truck for a DOT inspection and they said it pass the inspection but there were some issues. found with some minor oil leaks and a driver's side inner front drive tire with a side wall damaged showing wires. the tire needed to be replaced. I told them ok do the work. it took them about 2 weeks to fix the oil leaks by replacing an oil pan gasket and an injector gasket. I was like "ok" then went to pick the truck and i review the charges. I asked them did you replace the tire and they were like no we did not. I was upset and told them ok replace the tire. This day is a Friday after 5 pm and "they said we don't do the work. we call a third party to replace the tire, and it won't be done until Monday because they are already closed for the day". I said Ok. Please call me Monday when you are done. I waited for an entire week to be notified that I could come and get the truck. Nothing!!.... I showed up on Sunday and they tell me that they have not called the third party to replace the tire. Now, I am upset. what is keeping you from calling your third party? I am very disappointed about their ability to serve their customers. It is very sad that they have no concept of the money I am losing by not doing their work. I am planning on speaking to the store owner or manager about the poor quality service at their business. Don't these people realize that once you lose customers, it is very hard to get them back?
