              Technical Difficulties was sent to perform warranty work on a ******* washing machine. They inspected the machine ordered parts, received parts and then they failed to make timely repairs. I have reached out to them, and they claim they are not able to perform the work in a timely manner because they are not able to retain employees. My wife and I recently had newborn twins and operating without a washing machine for 6 weeks while this company sits on the parts for the repair is not acceptable. I will need to rent a machine because they cannot complete the work in an acceptable standard. I would like Technical Difficulties to complete the work they were hired to do as soon as possible and reimburse me for the cost of renting a machine due to their incompetence. Buyer beware... Do not use this repair shop.

              They have been great to work with and very responsive to fix a problem with my ******* Refrigerator. I am in the customer services business and the team at Technical Difficulties has been amazing to work with which is not the norm these days. I wants to post this because most people only complain which is why i want to compliment them.
