On 10.21.23 I had a haircut by ************* was terrible, I told her to taper, to leave layers long in back, not to use thinning shears or layers above my ears or my hair would curl and stick out. She was inattentive, walked away for 15 mins to wait on a customer, cut my hair 1" longer on one side and told me she was finished.I told **** ***** cut more. My hair looked like a "helmet cut", was uneven all over, had a tiny V in a shaved area of the midback, was long on sides in back. A 2" area in the mid left side was cut, angled up, not on right, was cut short in back.I called salon every day after, no answer, voicemail full until Tues aft, when I asked mgr (*******, ************ friend) to look at my hair,she said she would fix it, I requested a refund & was told a regional mgr would call me. I asked to see mgr without ***** present, she refused. I arrived 15 mins early on Thur, waited while ***** glared & appeared angry, sitting near me. After prior cust was finished, ******* looked at customer photos for ****** during my appt time, then ***** asked to see them, appt was 20 mins late.I showed mgr my hair as ***** sat nearby, stating that she did not cut my hair that way, made nasty comments & accused me of "going home & cutting (my) own hair". I told mgr that I wasn't here to argue or be accused of things, 2 against 1. ******* said, well this is tapered, referring to the tiny V shaved into the midback. I asked her if that is what she was referring to, she said yes. I asked her to please not insult my intelligence by suggesting that this was a tapered cut. She threw me out. I am quiet, reserved, respectful. I did nothing wrong. When I first went to this salon, months ago, ************* trashed the stylist who'd cut my hair there, insisted on taking photos of the bad haircut against my wishes, finally took photos with me covering my face. No photos were requested of this cut. ***** consistently insulted me without repraisal from mgr. I want a full refund of **************
