The Georgetown Square apartment manager *************************** part of wimmer communities, put in carpet not as advertised lied said it would be exactly the same carpet to fix the broken carpeting. She said it was the same kind of carpet but it was slightly different and uncomfortable. It now has have huge ridges i trip on and cause pain into my spine. I have a chiropractor for a bad back. The carpet is so bad in certain areas i would prefer the cement subfloor below it. There is an ugly looking line for this new carpet that looks worse then before. They raised my rent 175 dollars this year and they raised other peoples rents less who have roommates and they apparentlygot a significantly better deal. They were not nice the office staff and demanded i buy a can to put in paint from now and they said they wont paint even if something happens overtime out of my hands. I want luxary apartment standards because they advertise on the vans right outside luxury apartments and i have not had more then little paint touches up in 7 years entire areas of the wall need repainting. The shower has a downward slant that lets more water drip outward. They have 18 5 star ratings on apartments.com. This is suspicious because there is an overemphasis how outgoing and nice the staff is verses how nice the place looks on the outside. They only have one negative review. Aggresive dogs have struck me were i have pain and the owners dont restrain them and office staff does nothing ever to help me. The ac unit is full of dust and mold last year they pulled it out to fix it and had a fit when i asked them to clean the obvious dusty dirty interior of the ac unit. The sink design is in the kitchen has cheap caulking. They wont fix were water leaked below the kitchen sink and caused a nasty smell they instead put on a sticker. They wont fix windows that dont open. there is a pest problems of spiders, the toilet seat wobbles when i lift it and i cant clean it easily and can spread germs easier
