            I have been a client of Pilates83 for seven years. In July of last year, the business changed ownership from *********************** to *******************************. On November 6, 2022, we received an email from ********* that the studio was closing due to building damage. (The building does now have damage, and all of the equipment has been removed). I made several attempts via email and text to reach ********* for more information. The emails have all come back as "undeliverable", and none of my texts have been answered. I purchased a 2022 Summer **** 20+5 for $500 in early summer and have 15 passes left. I am out $300. I have also filed a police report with the *********, ** police department on November 11, 2022.

            The owner - Christina ****** - is a con-artist. She abruptly left and disappeared. She took people's money for memberships/sessions and then closed up and left fake phone numbers and email addresses. She apparently did the same thing at Align Studio in KY. Do NOT do any business with her. She has YouTube videos talking about Pilates and acts like she did nothing wrong. She is a liar and a thief. She doesn't deserve any Stars
