Refund and Exchange Policy

• Be sure to review all item specifications, including dimensionsand fit guides before making your purchase in order to avoid returning itemsand the costs associated with the return. 
  Productsthat have been installed or used are not eligible for a return. Mattresses andbedding products are not authorized for return. Returned merchandise will notbe accepted unless it is un-used and in factory sealed packaging. Some special-orderitems may not be eligible for a return.  Some returns may be subject toadditional shipping/freight charges.
  Returnsor exchanges must receive prior authorization. If a return is authorized,we will refund your purchase total, less shipping costs. For items that shippedfree, our shipping costs will be deducted from a refund. 
  Arefund will be processed after we receive the product(s) back at the originalshipping warehouse.  Refunds from online purchases will only be processedusing the same credit or debit card the purchase was made with. Refunds fromcash or check payments made in-store will be made via check. 
  All products are subject to the terms and conditions of themanufacturer’s warranty. If the product is defective after the delivery hasbeen accepted please contact the manufacturer.  In most cases, atechnician must assess the product on behalf of the manufacturer in order todetermine the best course of action in correcting the defect and/or resolvingthe issue. We can arrange to haveyour products serviced by a factory authorized technician (when applicable).Brothers Main reserves the right to require service and repair for alldefective merchandise. If product is deemed irreparable by the manufacturer’sfactory authorized service technician, the manufacturer will authorize anexchange at no additional cost to you. Our customer support team is available tomake the process as easy as possible.
