Oh ordered some parts on Sunday November 21st, paid extra for 2 day shipping and fedex lost the order, rock auto has done nothing as far as the 2 day shipping goes, not even offer a refund for shipping that wasn’t provided on time as paid for or resend a new order. They claim they can’t do anything until the 30th, it’s been 5 business days since order so technically this order is late and the 2 day shipping paid for wasn’t providedBusiness response

We’re sorry that Mr. ******* did not receive his package on the date the carrier expected. We processed and shipped his order within less than a day so the carrier could deliver it by the date they quoted us and him. According to tracking the package has been delivered--a day later than the carrier expected. Weekends and holidays are not included in the shipping count (since they are not business days). Transit times and "Receive by" dates are estimates by the carrier and, while usually accurate, are not guaranteed by RockAuto.
