In late July 2021 I was approached by an associate from Wisconsin Tree and Landscape about an Ash in our front yard. A fair price was quoted and a contract was signed to have the tree taken down, sectioned to 3 feet and have brush removed the same day the contract was signed. Knowing the crew was working nearby I agreed and signed. Later that afternoon the 2 man crew with lift and chipper came, looked at the tree and stated "we can safely take it down but it's getting late, we have several more jobs in the area so we'll be back" at the time he could not give a specific date or time. Weeks past so I started calling and leaving messages along with e-mails and received no call back or return e-mail. We had pretty much given up. Late December returning home from work SURPRISE the tree was down, a vehicle was in the drive, lights on motor running and the front yard was a mess. Before I could even get out of my vehicle I was approached by the same person that wrote the contract demanding payment, unfortunately the contract was not followed. The 60' tree was in 3 sections and the brush was scattered throughout the front yard. A deal was struck to cut the large sections into firewood lengths and the brush can stay. Needless to say the firewood size cuts ranged from extra large to way to large! No way no how this tree service should be allowed to call themselves professionals, my advice is stay away, far far away. The 1 star rating should be a 0 star rating!
