I should have run from this place the minute I arrived with my two dwarf rabbits and the vet tech told me she was expecting husky puppies because of how it was coded in their computer. The vet tech was super friendly but she had to leave the room abruptly as she was very allergic to rabbits and started having trouble breathing. *********** was nice but he did not seem to have experience with rabbits. When he started the exam, my pet jumped off the table onto the hard floor. ************ was completely surprised by this even though I had been telling the staff my concerns with how difficult it was to handle my rabbits. Finally after my pet fell to the floor a second time, he got a tech to help him finish the exam. He said nothing about my pets bloody lip from the fall. I was in shock that I brought my pet in for a wellness visit and because the staff did not take the necessary precautions, they left in worse shape than they arrived. There also were a lot of hidden costs. I was told the price of a vaccine but then it ended up being double because they need two doses. Nail trims were an extra charge which was not mentioned when I scheduled and asked about pricing. I was charged twice as much for the spay than what I was quoted three different times. When I questioned the doubled price, I was told I could pay it or surrender my pets. I have no problem paying for services, but it seems sketchy that they are not upfront about the actual cost. Both times I went to this place the bill was double what I was quoted when I scheduled. On top of it all, the receptionists were extremely unprofessional, and spoke in a condescending manner. I should have listened to my gut after the first appointment but I tend to think the best in people and give a second chance. But after a disastrous second visit, I will never be returning. I hope this place can learn to be more honest about their charges and learn how to speak to their customers in a kind and respectful manner.

My son brought in his dog for stones....they took the dog in and 15 minutes later told my son she had no stones and nothing was wrong with her. An hour later she was dropping out large stones and was in severe pain. The next day he went back to see if he could see the xrays... the vet got verbally abusive and physically pushed him out the doorway. He did not feel a 15 minute was not enough time for a set of x-rays and a physical. Today his dog is in the hospital full of stones and possible kidney failure.... that place is a joke....

I had been going to this clinic for 4 years and breed my dogs and always had all my animals seen here until I had found my cats got sick quickly from them finding poison (antifreeze) I made an appointment same day but it was to late I could not stop crying and I could not be with them because of their covid regulations I had to sit in my car .I have always paid my bill after every visit and I never had to put an animal down to sleep alone tech came out with the papers for me to sign after the vet just told me he could not save them so the tech came I signed the papers and she never asked for payment and she asked if I wanted the ashes of so it would cost 100 dollars more so I asked if I could have a few minutes to reach my son to see if he could pay the extra she said sure .Then all of a sudden another tech comes out and started yelling at me so loud she could be heard a block away the other tech heard her and came out and basically the one yelling was yelling at me saying boo I did not have time to to contact my son and they needed to be put down right away at first I was confused as she is waiting and yelling that she needed payment so I have her the money and she went inside I was so confused and hurt and sad and could not stop crying I had my older daughter with me and she was in shock and the other tech was apologizing for her actions I took my buisness elsewhere I never went back and they never gave me the ashes because I was pushed to sign and make it payment it still hurts me to this day I remember my babies and how awful her yelling in my ear was .another inccadent had accoutred after my older cat was big and healthy I took him for his vaccinations and he got sick two weeks later he was 13 pounds and after a month was down to 7 I don't know what they did to him since we are not allowed to go in???? I will never forget how rude and mean and disrespected I was please nobody go to this place.They need to be investigated NOW

A tech there, has a nasty habit of acting like she cares for your pets when they are very sick, even offers to “take them off your hands,” but the minute you say no..she turns nasty. Then starts telling authorities you are neglecting your pet and try’s to take them by force. The clinic allows this to happen and stands by her. She and the clinic are doing this to my niece, who is the most loving person. I am a Licensed Veterinary Technician as well and find this behavior and facility despicable and unacceptable. I feel this place needs to be investigated. My niece is not the only person this has happened to. If it was, I would not say anything. A lady could not pay all of her bill so they kept her dog. That is not only illegal but deplorable and should not be tolerated.
