I have a small 1200 square foot house. I signed a contract in May for my house to be sided. I stated I wanted it done in the fall since my air conditioners would be removed from my walls with the holes patched and they could sided over the openings. August 9th they dropped off the material stating my house would take 1 week. They were so money hungary that they sub leased my house out to a roofing company. These people did not show up the first few days and when they did show up they ruined my 6 out of 9 of my brand new windows I had installed in January. After extensive complaining they got a different crew, who were just as bad. Plus none of them spoke English. They would call an interpreter to translate when I had a complaint. After 2 weeks of bad work, Schulze people FINALLY came and looked at the horrible job on my house. From day one I was sending the company pictures of repeated / massive mistakes. Most of what these roofers did had to be redone. Schulze had to order more material since so much was ruined by the roofer. Remember, my work was siding!! It took 3 weeks for the new material to get to my house. Meanwhile, I had no air conditioning and 5 weeks of 90 degree weather. They left a pile of material in front of my garage so I could not utilize my garage for 6 weeks. I had to threaten to hire a different company to clean up their mess and charge them to get them to move the pile away from my garage and get going on my house. Week 7 they stated they had to finish a different house so mine had to wait. At the start of week 8, I was told the guys were in ********* on a job so I had to wait. That is when my son stepped in and the word Lawyer was part of the text message. They finally showed up to work on my house. After 8.5 WEEKS, my 1200 square foot house was supposedly done. I then had to pressure them to calk around my windows, and on top and bottom the the PC board. They did such a horrible job calking, my son redid it all.
