On 12/0u/2021 I placed an order for a trumpet for my son's birthday. I received an email in the 12/09/2021 that they were currently out of stock of the item and that they would have more in about 16 days. The seller **** Laabs, asked if that was still okay. I agreed because it was not an unreasonable time frame. I emailed him on 12/20 inquiring about returns or exchanges Incase I had ordered the wrong trumpet. He responded that I could exchange it for a different model. By 01/11/2022, I had not received my item or an update on my item so I reached out via email again to **** and asked for an update. On 01/11/2022 He said it would still be another 12 days. I did inform him that if the trumpet was not on it's way to me within 14 days of 01/11/2022 I would need a full refund on the trumpet. He responded "okay we will try to make it happen by then" via email on 01/16/2022. On 02/03/2022 after the 14 day period to ask for my refund. He did not respond. I emailed again 02/08/2022 asking for an update on my refund. Still no response. I have been charged $414.00 for an item I have no received with no resolution or reaponseBusiness response

******************************* was sent a check on February 12th for $414.00. I just spoke with her today (February 16th) before writing this response, and she said she had just deposited the check. This matter should be settled.
