I called the homeowner on this. Yes there was a delay to his satisfaction of how fast I needed to respond. The time I was out there was to do the work. And again it was rather to go over everything again for another 1.5 hours. I spent now 3 hours on talking with them in the same things we talked about the first time. No big it does happen. The job was closed out and was accidentally invoiced. It was not supposed to have been. After the first call I deleted it from our system. We dont charge for estimates and we surely dont charge for work thats not being done.
To my defense it was an error that we caused in our systems end, and it was cleared.
Cant please everyone. Im a small company in wear many hats and things slip through the cracks with out my knowledge. But would never willingly charge for something we dont do ever.
