            This Greg from National Mechanical is a scammer. He somehow knew my tenant and came over to do some other stuff for them but decide to check out the furnace and told them that the furnace is bad and dangerous. He told me that my furnace heat exchanger was cracked and must be repaired within 24 hr otherwise he was going to call the city on me and I would have to put my tenant in a hotel. First of all, my tenant never reported to me about any furnace issues. He wants me to pay him $1100 for a down payment to get a new furnace installed right away but I wasn't buying it. So I decided to call an HVAC company out to check out the heat exchanger so my tenant can feel at ease. They came out on the same day and found no cracks or damages to the exchanger. This guy cost me $185 for the check-up. Please stay away from this guy. If anyone tells you that your heat exchanger is bad, please have another HVAC company come out.

            I have pictures of the heat exchanger and the 1 inch filter that hadn't been changed in over a year - furnace was short cycling as I was looking at a dishwasher install - the guy his a slum lord who doesn't care about his tenants - do nut rent from ****- black mold all over basement, his tenant said that guy is cheap and don't fix anything. I'm reporting him to neighborhood services and giving them the pictures- there are small children in the house and he said he didn't care as long as the furnace ran - I didn't charge anyone a service call. This was a favor for the tenant- I will social media blast this slum lord- after another company looked at im not liable- tenants said the children haven't felt good - and a CRACKED heat exchanger puts exhaust in to the supply air. If I could put a picture on here I would
