We told the contractor this date was required because we had company arriving. The contract was finished on July *. Money We have paid YYC General Contractors $********* and are withholding $******** to cover;* $***** for work that was not required on "Balance owing for work done on original Contract". * $******** The contractor's cost required to repair the flooring in main bathroom (as described in their quote #****). In other words if they don't repair the flooring then we keep $*********Contract The contract asked for * bathroom renovations with some extra work; installing gas line from basement to kitchen, joist repair and electrical and panel upgrade. We can provide a copy of the contract on request.Dispute There are several issues at the end of the contract;* Unfinished work in both bathrooms. We can give you a list on request.* They are billing us for original contract work that was never done. For example, kitchen hood installation, no City of ******* permit was provided for gas line or electrical.* Poorly installed toilet. The toilet tank is not installed correctly. * We complained about main bathroom flooring installation. The contractor created a quote #**** (*********) for cost of repairing the flooring.
