Business leadership was contacted to address concerns. The business failed to respond to BBB or address the issues presented to them.

            The business is also misusing the BBB accreditation logo on their website. Multiple attempts have been made by BBB requesting the business discontinue the use of the logo. A response has not been received as of March 2024.

            Back in July I purchased tickets for my family through best airfares.com. The purchase was for five tickets from New York to Orlando. Bestairfares.com had priced the tickets at $216.95 each ticket and charged an additional $514.23 booking fee. A few days before we were scheduled to travel, we checked the status of our tickets and Delta had deleted and given us a credit because they could not honor the price of the tickets. Bestairfares.com, according to Delta, deliberately bypassed the Delta system to book these tickets knowing that they could not honor the price. We received the credit from Delta airline and used it to purchase new tickets but bestairfares.com has yet to refund $514.23 booking fee. I would like a refund because I paid for a service that they did not provide. I have been in contact with them several times and they keep saying that they issued a credit and it should be in my account in two billing cycles. It is now three months and I have yet to receive a refund from them. Each time I call they give me a runaround and say that management is not available. Please help, I just want my money back. This company is a fraud.

            I want to express my deep dissatisfaction with the online reservation site Bestairfare. They posted a price on their website, but after waiting 5 hours, I was informed that there was no availability and that they couldnt offer me the advertised price. This caused me to waste valuable time and lose the opportunity to book on another site. It seems to be a recurring practice, where after several hours, prices increase, creating pressure to complete the purchase with them. I am very disappointed by this lack of transparency and professionalism.
