      I purchased ********* tickets for $1889 on November 30, 2022. I received a message stating that they are no able to obtain the tickets and that they would refund me. Its been months and I still dont have a refund. I contacted them via email, message and by phone and have not heard back. Im working with a lawyer to send them to court.

      I heard about Trox through a family friend of **** who had used the services prior. I thought they were reliable, so I direct messaged the Instagram @Trox_tickets07_. I was trying to purchase Camp Flog Gnaw tickets for November. It was **** when I paid. They said to pay through CashApp and asked for my email for a receipt. I figured they would send me the tickets as soon as I paid. So I paid the $250 on CashApp and waited. Eventually I heard the news that Trox was no longer functioning and reached out asking how I was going to receive my tickets. Since then I have heard nothing and I cant get a refund. The bank and CashApp cant reimburse me. So now I am attempting to get my $250 back as a working college student.

      Trox Luxury Service is a known event promoter who sells event tickets at a reasonable prices. On March 24 2023 Trox was offering tickets to ******************* tickets for 11/24/2023. We paid her $800 for 4 tickets, money was sent via Zelle as requested by ****. On Aug 19 2023, **** posted on her instagram page, trox_tickets07_, stating " due to health issues and ongoing issues with venues and ticketing systems, I will be closing Trox for the months of August and September. We will also put a stop to all sales and events....While we are closed, my staff will work on our ticket systems and venue issues to avoid any further inconveniences. We will also work on get caught up with all refunds." I have tried contacting Trox by text at ************ and by email at ******************** but have not received a response back from them. Unfortunately, I am not able to dispute the payment with my bank since money was sent via Zelle, which is considered a cash transaction. I am requesting for Trox to refund my money since I never received the tickets I purchased from her. I have saved text messages from them When I purchased my tickets.

      I purchased 12 tickets to the Cowboys versus 49ers game in ************* at $300 per ticket paid on ******* 18th 2023.I was texting her two months prior to the game and no answer no call back no messages received I sent emails no answer back the day of the game came and no response.It is ******* 2,2024 and still NO answer. I demand a refund for the tickets that ****** delivered as promised.

      November 2, 2022 We paid $4,500 to Trox Luxury Service All my 12 friends and I paid for *********************** tickets We paid a year in advance for the concert. This lady ********************* lingered us till the day of the concert in August 5,2023.

      I purchased tickets for 3 separate events and never received my tickets or a refund. The company promised to refund me for all 3 events with **** business days but now they are not replying to emails or Instagram messages. I have already filed a dispute with my credit card company.       July 24,2023 - bought tickets 4 ticket for Beyonc show for $605.00. I confirmed with them on Aug 28, 2023 to make sure that issues they were having wasn't going to affect my tickets. and I got a confirmation saying yes I was all set for the concert. (they say that they don't send out tickets till last min so people didn't resell. okay understandable). I kept texting them n no reply, I email no reply, phone is now disconnected. I haven't a response since they said my tickets were secured. They made us spent more by not telling me they canceled my tickets. We paid for transportation, outfits, nails that was just for the concert because we would of never gotten these things if we weren't going to the concert and sense we never know we weren't getting our tickets we never got to cancel so we can't get money back or make different decisions.
