I purchased multiple tickets for Events for the Month of October. First event was Lakes Game suite for $320, purchased in March 2023. Second Event was for a Concert for October 20, 2023 in the amount of $560, purchased in December 29,2022. Since August the vendor decided to shut their business down for 2 months. August and September, and stated they were going to issue refunds for any events that were purchased during that time. We are now in October and they have not answered any questions about October's refunds. I emailed vendor to all email addresses she had on file in her website, but they all came back as UNAVAILABLE. I tried reaching out again but no luck. I would like to know the status of the Refund for the tickets I have purchased.Initial Complaint

Trox Luxury Service is a known event promoter who sells event tickets at a reasonable prices. On October 5, 2022 Trox was offering tickets to ******************* suite tickets for 9/23/2023. We paid her $1600 for 4 tickets, money was sent via Zelle as requested by ****. On August 19 2023, **** posted on her instagram page, trox_tickets07_, stating " due to health issues and ongoing issues with venues and ticketing systems, I will be closing Trox for the months of August and September. We will also put a stop to all sales and events....While we are closed, my staff will work on our ticket systems and venue issues to avoid any further inconveniences. We will also work on get caught up with all refunds." I have tried contacting Trox by text at ************ and by email at ******************** but have not received a response back from them. Unfortunately, I am not able to dispute the payment with my bank since money was sent via Zelle, which is considered a cash transaction. I am requesting for Trox to refund my money since I never received the tickets I purchased from her.Initial Complaint

This company sells tickets for events (sports, concerts, shows etc.) I purchased several tickets for sporting events and never received the tickets. The full price of the tickets were paid up front and no refund has been provided. The company is no longer responding to emails or direct messages through social media.Initial Complaint

I purchased two concert tickets from Trox Luxury Service on May 11, 2023 for the total of $785. The tickets each cost $380 and processing fees included $25. I paid with my **** credit card ending in **** and the invoice number is 2F6915BE-0002.The day of the event on August 18 2023, I emailed ******************** and text ***** the owner inquiring about my tickets as I approached the stadium. ***** text me back saying to email the Trox important matters alias ********************************** After I sent the inquiry, I received the following message Hi *****- We have been trying to solve issues with the venue all day and unfortunately, we were not able to solve them and therefore, we will need to issue a refund. You can expect a refund in 3-5 business days to the card the tickets were purchased with. We truly apologize for the inconvenience and hope you understand this is not the news we wanted to share.Since then, I have not received my refund. I have followed up via email three times asking for a proof of refund and an ETA for when Ill be receiving my refund. Id like to request the Better Business Bureau to help me receive my refund. I can provide credit card statements to show I have not received it. Attached you will find the invoice, the email exchange and the message exchange with ***** the Owner of Trox Luxury Service.
