I bought a car from ************** in ******** **. This company was kind enough to give me an auto loan. I was told that if I bought this vehicle that the issues with it would be fixed upon the warranty start date which was 30 days after date of purchase. After those 30 days I called and was told he was busy and would call me back and never did, I called their tech and never answered me back. I filed complaints and the sales person called and texted me being irritate telling me he begged you guys to get me a loan and he worked over his hours saying me the car and I go an do this. I just want it fixed and safe for my child and before I bought this vehicle I told him I needed a reliable and safe car to transport my sick daughter and he assured me it would be fixed and safe for her. I cant even get him to send the title so I can get plates Im still on a 90 temp tag.

I have sent different guaranteed mail letters mentioning endorsement and the methodology for how they supported different underhanded and dangerous things on my credit report and have not gotten back anything in over 35 days for these records that are clearly misguided and counterfeit records. This credit supervisor is excusing the law and taking advantage of me and this has caused a significant load on my life. The most recent ensured letter I sent was 01/13/2022. I have added the *** I recorded which delivered off them.I DEMAND that all of the things are eradicated and if the move isn't made I will *** in little cases court in my city and the association should come and address themselves.

I purchased a vehicle through them at an absolutely ridiculous interest rate in March of 2021. Now for almost a year Ive made all my payments completely on time. Fell behind on January/February payment and now theyre threatening to repossess the truck. They sent an email offering assistance but they didnt do anything for me except ask where their money was. They gave me an unreasonable amount of time to come up with said money. (Like 2-3 hours). Theyve harassed me and insinuated that I couldnt afford the truck. Theyve also harassed 3rd party contacts of mine. My mother, my step-father, my job and even some of my friends. Theyve told them that I havent been paying for my truck. Its truly a living nightmare and I have learned my ****** with these guys for sure. I want a complete apology, I want my late payments to be erased, and most importantly I want them to stop contacting people I know about my account! It is extremely unprofessional. Definitely not going back to do business with them again!

I purchased a vehicle in November of 2021. The dealership sold me a junk vehicle that i had not agreed to purchase after i signed paperwork for a different vehicle. When brought to the attention of the financing company they told me they would see what options I had and return my call. 3 weeks later I had to reach out to them for them to tell me they were going to ask the dealership to repurchase the vehicle and would get back to me. If the dealership would refuse they would take care of it on their end and I should not get a lawyer involved. 59 days later they reached me to tell me they would be repossessing the car and putting it against my credit. They are in violation of several state laws (as well as operating without a license to do so in my state as far as I could find). I do not accept *we will be reaching out to consumer directly* as a result of this.

I received a call from a company representing uac Universal acceptance corporation. They gave a offer to resolve what I owed and I could not pay it immediately so the person said give us a counter offer and I did. He didn't accept it and hung up on me. I called back and got the same person and he said someone would be coming to my home tomorrow and they said they will put a line on.my current vehicle. He was threatening and when I did give them a option to pay them next month he laughed and said that would not work. I don't even know what this pertains to.

In October, I purchased a SUV from this ******************* with a extended Warranty. The dealership promised to fix the windshield (Never Happened) and promised to mail the Title (Never Happened)... In December I received a letter from the warranty company stating that the warranty was being voided due to Non-payment from the dealership! The dealership never sent the money to the warranty company... The dealership went out of business and now the finance company (United Auto Credit) reps are lying to me about send me the title. They initially promised the being of December 2020, but now midway through January 2021 , they're asking for me to wait until they can get the paperwork from the dealership (which is no longer in business). I asked them how does that make sense when the dealership is no longer in business and no one is reachable? They stated that a third party has a copy of everything and they will get a copy from them and that it would be sent via ***** by the end of that week. (but why wasn't that done when this issue first came to light at the beginning of December? ) They're looking for a payment at the end of this month but I've been unable to use my car for almost a month due to the temporary tags being expired. I've done my part, What does it take to get tags in for them to do their job?

I finance a vehicle from them I owe **** and I went through some hardship and got a personal loan through one main financial and they paid my car off and I owe them. But United credit gave them my lien holder card and now that one main financial sent me my lien card to removed them off my vehicle when I took it to the **** I found out that United credit were still on my title. I notified them and they gave me bad customer service including the manager. I been trying to get rid of my vehicle because my engine went out but I was not able to because of United credit corporation will not remove themselves off my title after they been paid off but instead sent my lien release to a personal loan that paid off my vehicle but I owe them. Very unprofessional business and very rude customer service. The place that were coming to remove my vehicle due to it been sitting in my garage for 5 years need to have only me on the title to do so. I just need them to remove themselves from my title. And I should had got the lien release as well I bought the car. Very rude and false information from customer service as well as speaking to several manager.
