On February 8, 2022, I reached out to the customer service via email to inquire about why my payments increased ***** if I had not made a purchase in three months. An agent named ***** continued to reply to my inquiry never explaining to me how or why my payment drastically increased if nothing had changed on my account. On February 11th she responded that my account was being looked over by their management team and I would be assisted in 2-3 days. I have sent many emails. All prior to my payment due date which was 2/25 so that my account would remain current. I however want to know why my payments are increased before just paying any amount changed without my knowledge or doing. I have not heard anything from anyone. My account is now showing past due because of their negligence!Business response

I have tried to contact this business to let them know that I have filed a chapter 7 bankruptcy and that they keep trying to collect on me even after my attorney has sent them information regarding my bankruptcy. They should know that what they are doing is against bankruptcy federal laws. I need this to be resolved as soon as possible. I have sent a file with my bankruptcy court file for information purposes to get this resolved.Business response

Filed bankruptcy in November 1, 2021, Zebit was notified by the court. I keep receiving emails about past due amounts. I have notified Zebit after I receive each email that bankruptcy was filed and they are not to continue to send any account communication directly to me, each time they acknowledge that they have noted my account but I continue to receive the emails. Today, I received a new notification that will be reporting my account to collections. They obviously do not know that they are violating bankruptcy laws about communicating the borrower directly (and they have been provided with my attorney each time in my response emails).I have attempted to contact every available number for Zebit and at different times of the answer, no directive representative available and then placed on hold for long periods of time.Their collection practices at this point are against the law they have been reported to the bankruptcy court.Business response

On 12/10/21 I placed order number *********** and payed $63.70 as my initial payment. On 12/13 zebit emailed me saying it has been shipped and provided a ***** tracking number ************ that stated it was picked up for delivery on 12/11 and would arrive on 12/14. The package would check out, and check back in betweek 2 diffrent locations over and over every few days with my delivery date being pushed back over and over until it finally now just changed to pending and has to arrival and no movement. On 12/25 I first contacted zebit and got no response. I then sent another message on 1/4/2022 which got a response that stated they will open a claim and will have a resolution in 15 business days, I sent several emails every few days and would get the same response about the case is open and they will let me no the outcome, all the way up until 1/13 when they told me it was taken care of because the tracking was updated and i have a new delivery date (the the 6-7th time now) and to let them no if i needed anything else, well nothing was different that delivery date came and went. On 1/19 I got another email telling me thanks for my patience, its not successfully in transit, because once again tracking updated with a bogus delivery date AGAIN. For the next 2+ weeks of emailing them the only answers i received where the copy and pasted a claim is open they are working hard and will let me know as soon as possible as to an outcome. What makes this even more aggrivating is the fact that i receive DAILY calls and emails demanding payment on my missed installments for a product that I payed $63.70 on and 50+ days later havent received. I cant help but feel like this is some sort of extortion, they are trying to make me pay $254.81 for a dead end tracking number supposedly for my order that at this point who knows if they really even sent out.Business response

I was charged fraudulently in the amount of *******. The provider does not have customer service phone number. I found an email and have asked them to call me and they wont. Filed a police report. Only one charge was returned.Business response

I placed an order with Zebit on January 18, 2022. And there is no available telephone number to call. I just want to cancel all transactions with Zebit and for them to refund me my money that I already paid. And not to deduct any more money from my account. The only way to communicate with them is by email. They cant tell me anything about my order that I placed. This company is sending up a red flag in my opinion I dont want to do any kind of business with Zebit ************ all transactions I never had a company that you could not callBusiness response

December 14 2021 amount ****** for the first intail payment to recieve 2 200 dollar gift certificates I patiently waited a payment of ***** another payment taken out December 24 still haven't recieved the gift cards I was told to wait so I order another 200 dollars worth thinking maybe it was just slow even though emails were sent with zero balances I grew impatient for a response again I paid ***** and ***** for the first purchase on January 10th 2022 totaling ****** there response time is slow I can't get ahold of my bank till Tuesday after mkj day but I will be disputing they say to contact the gift card retailer I'm told they see a zero balances and since it was not sold by them there is nothing they can do I want all the payments they took out back and to stop charging for e gift cards I never recieved as stated several times in the emails they kept disregarding and tried to reach out further and it is very hard to get ahold of anyoneBusiness response

On 12/23 I had paid the requested payment in order to receive an Xbox for my son for Christmas. We kept checking on the order it kept saying label created but first got notice of a shipping label and that it was on its way. I had sent more than one email to them about it and finally when I said if not received by a certain date cancel and refund it then I get an email saying they are now investigating it, I have told them numerous times I do not want this anymore I just want my money back and to tell them Thank you for ruining my sons Christmas this was the only thing he wanted I believe I should be entitled to all charges including any bank charges for this issue refunded back to my account which now I have canceled that card they had on file due to the removal of my funds for something not received. I get no response or update on anything and if it wasn't for informing them they had a deadline to have it delivered to me or cancel and refund and do not take any payments out I am not rich and I now can't afford it for him since every place is all at once and the only reason I went with them is because of payments and a couple of people told me they were good. As far as the compensation for my son well he is devastated over it. And is still waiting for it even after I told him I canceled it .I have been charged by them again after I sent numerous emails to the same email that told me that they were looking into it. I told them I wanted my money refunded back the $140.96 and told them to cancel the order and do not **** me or debit my account.I have requested this order be canceled and for no more payments to come out of my acct for item not received and no longer want it. So when they debited me on 01/13/2022 in the amount of $25.31 it over-drafted my account. I also want that fixed so that I do not have to pay that back out of my funds for overdraft.Business response

I have made a payment to this company and find my account frozen yet again, they have received an accepted the payment so my account should not be frozen this is the second time I've had this problem, I seek a resolution and compensation for my irritation at not being able to use the service, or I will not be recommending this service to anyone.Business response

I order from ZEBIT on or around 12/14/21. Long story short I ordered about $5-600 worth of toys and a tablet for my kids for Christmas and their birthdays which are right after. I put in the address to my house and then I put city and state of **********,** then I put in the zip code ****** (which the 8 was either a typo or idk what). The 8 didnt belong but still the rest of the address was correct including street city and state! These guys decide to take the zero out of the ***** instead of the 8 and get this instead of trying to figure out they just sent it to the ***************** which is in GOT **** **************! instead of ***** in ************! Thats just the beginning days go by and they said itll be here by Christmas. Its not 2 days before Christmas aka a week later still no package so I check the tracker and it lets me know theyve been sent to ** instead of ** great! These guys have no phone number so I email them to let them know about 3-4 days before Christmas of the mistake. Takes them til Christmas Eve to even get back to me saying weve escalated this to fulfillment. From the 14 of December 2021 til the 4th of what is now January ********************************************************************************************************* the monthly fee of what I would of had to pay as if I have any of these items! Its been almost a month and today I get an email that theyre escalating to management but itll take 3-5 days to hear back which will take us to around 1/10/22 This should have been a priority wayyyyy before! I want my money back now at this point! And I want the $20 a week your charging me back too. $40 so far! This is bogus! Give me my **** money Zebit! You guys are trash customer service is weak AF!Business response
