      So I ordered a ******** switch from this company from this company on the 27th of November it was delivered to the wrong address or it was taken off my porch either way I never received the item I filed a claim with *** who was the delivery company supposed to drop off the item to my house they issued a refund to zebit 3 days after the claim was filed and then after contacting them nearly every other day and being told the same thing that they would get back to me everyday for the next **************************************************************************************************************** that they would send a replacement before Christmas or issue a refund before then a refund was never issued I ended up having to contact my bank and have them reverse the charge at that point zebit contacted me and told me that they were trying to issue a refund but there was already a chargeback and they were going to let me keep the charge back and issue a refund they never did they only allowed me to keep the charge back I feel like there should be some sort of accountability my account with them is now Frozen which doesn't really bother me cuz I would never use them again but if I was ********************************************************************************************************************************************************************* look like a terrible father on Christmas

      I had ******* take $88.50 from my banking account. I have messaged them multiple times and asked why they took that money and i haven't bought or ordered anything from them. They haven't responded back to any messages.

       they sent an email with 2 dates orders where placed. I don't have account with these people. If there was orders placed can't they be tracked to when and where they was delivered. If they could show what was ordered. I messaged them multiple times and still haven't heard nothing from them

      I went online yesterday to Zebit to open an account. They told me i already had an account, I then forwarded them all my information (old &new) and it came back that they didnt find me but all my information just under my sons email address. I never gave him permission to open an account and im asking them to turn off that account and offerd to send them my ID, ** and SS card for Id purposes. They said they will only respond to the email they have on file, (even though its fraudulent). I need answers and they have no live agent to help me and this is gonna hurt my credit and someone else is using my information to opem acvounts under my information. I need help.       I have been notified by Complete ID of a suspected fraud action. On November 30, 2021, a loan was taken out by or for Zebit Inc. in my name for $1,540 !I have made NO SUCH LOAN ! THIS IS FRAUD AND IDENTITY THIEF!! Furthermore, I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF ZEBIT, **** I have sent Zebit a email stating that I want this corrected and made null and void immediately! This is extremely upsetting! I NEVER MADE THIS LOAN!!!!I informed Zebit that my Restoration Specialist advised me to file a police report and to file a identity theft report with the ************************ (FTC), which I am in the process of doing. We are also putting a security freeze on Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax.Thank You

      I placed a order through Zebit and paid $96 dollars as a down payment and was told my item would ship and be here before Christmas! I been reaching out for several days now they have no way to speak to someone directly only via email! My order stills says processing, at this point I just want my refund and I will never deal with them again! They are scammers!

      I order an item almost a month ago, and have still not received it or any news pertaining to the deliver or processing of this item. the shipping date has been pushed back 2 times already. They should not take orders for things they know they don’t have! I have read several reviews for the same thing from this company I am very disappointed. There is also no one to call and it can take days before they respond to your emails!

      I made my first payment to my zebit account it was done online on The date due yet my account was frozen now its showing my payment was refunded, however I did not ask for a refund, I would like to know why this occurred and bring my account back in good standing. Thank you.
