Blue Haven Pools & Spas Response

My information on Shannon Morgan is that she is a wonderful person and entitiled to be a little frustrated. I spoke with her yesterday. She had been calling project managers that were no longer with Blue Haven and upset that she wasn't getting a response. Had she called the office direct, I would have resolved her concerns expeditiously. Her pool was not running and she did not know why. I immdiately sent my electrican to her home and discovered the breaker had tripped. The breaker was replaced to hopfully avoid future problems.
Our current project manager has it on his schedule to contact Ms Morgan to set an appointment to review the operation of her equipment.
