              I purchased a used/new EcoFlow River Max units from the original owners. The unit was 2 years old when purchased. The company states there is a 5 year warranty on the product. The unit stopped working and the company refuses to repair the unit because there is no proof of purchase and then later stated they no longer support this unit. The original owner also does not have proof of purchase because it was part of an upgrade package from SylvanSport. The company continues to ask for emails only to refer to previous emails. This company already has a 1.14 rating on BBB and has hundreds of complaints on various ****** searches. What the company advertised and what they are willing to do , are not even close

              ******** product! Literally failed on the first use. Purchased ecoflow 1300 powercell and its completely useless. There was a big spark that came out of it and then the *** screen stopped turning on. I push the power button and there is a click that comes from the inside but it does not work. Called support and they said that I cannot receive a new unit, that I can only get a refurbished unit. I paid almost $1200 for a new product and I have to now receive a refurbished unit? I didnt pay for a refurbished unit I paid for a new one. Im thinking that maybe they sent me a refurbished unit from the start and thats why it failed. Very bad product. How can I get a refund? Help please!
