Ordered a phone case from this company on July 26 2023 got no email form them with tracking number try calling voice all full email them 6 times got no answer from them I think they are a scam company. Would like any help you can give me .Thanks ***************************Initial Complaint

Date of online transaction was 7/11/2023. The transaction *** was $20.85 for a cell phone case, order number is ******. They have not shipped my order yet even though they charged my credit card. I checked the order status on their website & it always says preparing order for shipmemt. I submitted an e-mail asking them to cancel the order with no response, I have called their contact number many ********** always goes to voice mail. I want the order cancelled and the $20.85 refunded to my credit card. This may seem early for filing this complaint but the reviews for this company are horrible, the word scam used many times. Same experience as mine trying to contact this company. I should have checked those before ordering. I urge BBB to check those online reviews and try to contact this company. It seems to me this company in ***********, **. is in fact a scam site.Initial Complaint

Order Date: 3/25/2023Order #: 232995Ship date: 3/30/2023Total (incl shipping): $12.45 Order was received however the wrong product was shipped and the glass screen protectors did not fit my phone. I have sent multiple e-mails to both ******************************** and ************************************ (listed on their website) and submitted the online form as well. I have received no response from the e-mails and when the online form is submitted the message displayed is:Your message has been sent. We'll get back to you within 1-2 business day(s). On May 26th i ordered 2 screen protector ******* *********** phone. I received an email that they received my order and they deducted the cost from my checking account. It is now June 14th and I have not received my order. I've reached out by email and phone to address this issue. I have not gotten any response. When I check the status of my order, it says that it awaiting pickup. That remains the same every time i check.The company is totally unresponsive.Initial Complaint

I purchased a case for my nord 200 Friday May 12th for the amount of $21 dollars, which I thought was a good deal, I responded to one of their ******** page posts requesting some information, refused to answer, sent an mail, refused to answer, yet I saw the "company" posting on ********, it was Order #******, 2 of the images on ******** were of them promoting their products while you can clearly see in one of the images a lady has replied who also purchased without getting their item eitherInitial Complaint

On March 19 2023, I ordered a phone case from this company. I received the wrong phone case and have made 7 attempts including including email, web form, and calling.No one answers the phone or responses to messages and emails. I ordered a case and returned it as soon as I notice the case was for a right handed person. The package return to me because the ** box was closed. I have emailed and called the company for a refund and got no answer. I have already lost $5.75 on postage and I don't want to loose more more on some fake stocking fee which is a rip off to still get paid for a return. ********************** usps.com
