Sand Road Animal Hospital I though was a kind, helpful place. we had troubles with bringing our animal to other places. due to him being fearful and aggressive if he felt threatened. they took him on anyway. we felt relief after this until we had him returned to us. he could not walk, we were told it was because of a pulled muscle or a reaction to the sedatives. after he did not get better, we were told a multiple of reasons in which this animal could not walk. we were outpatient with them for more then a month. which they continued to bill us for all the medical care the animal needed. however we speculated it was caused by them which they denied. they denied any seeable damage and that this had to be an act of god. fast forward to a month later when I brought him to a specialist. he was a mess. what had happened was he had a fracture in his pelvis in the effected area. he had a luxation in the other side of his hip. and neurological damage to what the specialist had described as "the impact area". to my surprise this animal had a lot of damage down in his hind area after a visit to Sand Road Animal Hospital. the worst part was the denial on their end of this traumatic event for the animal and the blatant Medical Malpractice they had been displayed in the end. they allowed an animal to suffer and be harmed by not coming clean that something did go wrong in their care. after thousands of dollars of medical bills the animal died due to the severity of his health and the lack of proper care from the beginning. to be clear, the animal went in for regular shots and a check up. he left with severe damage in his hind area, and a dead left leg that was described to me as: "we only see this after they have been hit by a car." how does a vet cause this damage to an animal. For BBB standard they are not for their customers. because when they make a mistake they will break the 4 elements of medical Malpractice. are vet was Dr. Dana the Medical Director
