The business addressed the issues within the complaint, but the consumer either a) did not accept the response, OR b) did not notify BBB as to their satisfaction.

My eye doctor told me I might have glaucoma maybe in November. I had a field of vision test done April 21,2024 to determine if I do have glaucoma. I have called probably 4 times in the last few weeks for the results. They know I need this information for my pulmonologist so he can give me the best medication for my lung issues. I have been asking if I have glaucoma since November.

Quickly charged us and our insurance for an exam that was never performed. We explained to them that we just needed to ask the doctor question before we went ahead with the exam and they did everything they could to have us do the exam anyway it was a pre-surgical exam that we knew if the surgery had to be postponed would have to be done again closer to the surgery date, so after a lot of insistence, we were able to ask the doctor if it was best to postpone due to some health concerns his answer was absolutely, ************** exam was performed and yet they charged our insurance and sent us a bill for the co-pay. I have tried over and over , six months to speak to someone in billing and Im told there was no direct number and that my message will be relayed and someone will get back to me. Was never returned. Went into the office and even the front desk staff would not let me speak to anyone in billing and insisted I just leave another message and that we would be contacted .again we werent. At this point I have no choice but to contact my insurance and report the fraudulent claim .maybe that will get someones attention.
