I called in from a radio ad. If you named an animal that lays eggs you win a free trip. I called in, they said I won and that they would call back. They then prompted me to pay $397 and I was very hesitant. I did not want to give my credit card information. They persuaded me and then persuaded me to upgrade my package charging me an additional $200. Every time I call to book they tell me there is a new fee to pay. They also keep sending me to a third party booking site called GoCRV. I was unhappy about that thinking they would be booking my trip. The destinations and dates are also extremely vague I.e: Caribbean but doesn't specify which islands the cruise will go to. I called for a refund because it seems to be a complete scam. I spoke to a representative and a supervisor and they refused to issue me a refund because I was out of their 30 day refund policy which they never told me about. I told them other customers made complaints on ******************** and received a refund which he then told me everyone is different. I find this to be extremely unfair, unreasonable, and sketchy and against protocol. I want a full refund like everyone else and wish radio stations would not run their ad and other companies ads who are scamming like this. In total I paid $692.72.
