First and foremost, I would like to express my sincerest apologies for the experience you've had with our company. While I may not fully grasp the extent of your frustrations from the review, I want to acknowledge that your feelings and perceptions are important to us. We certainly never intend for our customers to feel misled or dissatisfied with their interactions, and I'm sorry if this was the case for you.
Regarding your unpleasant experience with our team, we take such feedback seriously, and we are committed to ensuring that all of our customers receive knowledgeable and efficient service. It troubles us to hear that you felt forced to accept anything less than what you were seeking, and for that, we are genuinely sorry.
