I retained Morgan and Morgan to help me with my SSDI case. They have provided zero assistance, other than filing my initial paperwork. I have only been allowed to talk to a case manager, not my actual attorney. I have not received any contact that I have not initiated, and my case manager is rude and unhelpful. I have been trying to withdraw from this office, but they refuse to call me back. It has been over a week with several escalations. They say there is nothing they can do if nobody wont call me.Business response

I contacted Morgan & Morgan about a SSA/OWCP case, they have non stopped hounded me!! calls, if you don't answer they text, when you don't respond they email! they are non stop harassing! I have told them STOP calling, texting or emailing & does NOT good they continue. I have told them I have PTSD & high anxiety to please STOP as I had made a plan to talk to them today at 10 well did not make a difference it still kept going!!Business response

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the legal services I received from Morgan & Morgan regarding my auto accident case. From the outset, the attorney assigned to my case was dismissive, rude, and unprofessional. Instead of offering support and guidance during what is already a difficult time, the attorney consistently displayed a condescending attitude, leaving me feeling unheard and unvalued as a client.Furthermore, the use of aggressive, bully-like tactics was employed to pressure me into signing agreements without proper explanation. The constant intimidation left me feeling coerced, and I was repeatedly threatened that if I did not comply, my settlement money would be tied up in court indefinitely. This approach is not only unethical but also downright abusive to someone already dealing with the pain and suffering caused by an *********** a client, I trusted Morgan & Morgan to represent my best interests, but what I experienced was an attempt to railroad me into decisions that would benefit the firm more than me. My pain and suffering have not ended, yet I am being forced to navigate an unnecessarily hostile environment created by the very people who are supposed to be advocating for me.This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I am still dealing with the consequences of the accidentboth physically and mentallywhile feeling betrayed by those I trusted to help me seek justice. I urge the Better Business Bureau to investigate this matter and hold Morgan & Morgan accountable for their gross mishandling of my case.Business response

I retained the services of Morgan and Morgan on 5/23/2023. I was seeking assistance with a SSA disability claim. I had to request updates multiple times and never got accurate responses that had clarity of any kind. I requested additional assistance and updates and received none. I am trying to employ a different attorney for this matter and am in need of carbon copies of previously filed documents from this firm as I fired them last Friday. I am seeking assistance from your organization in this matter as time is now of the essence and the *** is requiring prompt attention to this matter. Thanks so much for any assistance you can offer. I was injured in March of 2024. Neighborhood child unsupervised was walking her dog on roller skates therefore unable to control dog adequately when dog pulled her towards me while walking my dogs. Child fell in front of me and lost control of leash. Their dog rushed towards my dog and my dog charged the smaller dog to protect. While trying to intervene the altercation to prevent neighbor's dog from getting mauled, I tore my Achilles in the process. The law firm of Morgan and Morgan initially accepted my case. Throughout the process, updated information was very limited and always vague. Provided all information firm required throughout the process. After almost 7 months of waiting, firm declines representation without any explanation. Very unprofessional misleading.Business response

I was injured at a cvs pharmacy in ******* having pictures and being injured enough to go to the hospital and they promised to take care of my case and contacted me every day in the beginning assuring me my case would be handled. I wasted so much time and effort on this and then they dont have the courtesy to refer me out. I received a text telling me to contact them with any questions and then I do and they waste my time more. There is so much info about this but i finally am very upset speaking to ****** and saying no one from here will be contacting you and basically told me to get bent and that they had no information to give. This was a open and shut case but this is the most unprofessional act i have ever had. Morgan and Morgan does not care about the people only about the money,Business response

BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM !I WAS IN A CAR ACCIDENT NOT MY FAULT THE GUY DROVE ONTHE WRONG SIDE OF THE **** TOTALED MY CAR THE POLICE CUT ME OUT OF THE SIDE AIRBAG AND A AMBLALANCE TOOK ME TO THE HOSPITAL I SAW A ADD FOR THE PEOPLE SO I CONTACTED MORGAN AND MORGAN BIG MISTAKE ,a guy came to my home were I signed paperwork, and I only had a case manager never once spoke to a lawyer, the guy spoke with a heavy Spanish accent so I could bearly understand him I asked him is the car part different from the injury part he would only say I have to talk to the **** and get back to you he told me to gather all the evidence I have a brain injury a neck sprain a back sprain broken ribs cut up arms and this guy is telling me to go get evidence for my case I thought that is what you were paying them to do? I could bearly walk then I saw that my **** was in ******* fl and I was in ********* fl 300 miles away so I asked if I had to pay from the settlement a 3rd party attorney he said he would get back to me after speaking with the ****,so I found the **** name on my case no answer but left a message asking these questions the next day I get a call to just take 10k that the insurance company will give and they are off the case they wanted to take 66% 33 for them and there name and 33% for an **** in South fl and when they new I was not going for that they dropped the case also the next day they made sure they called the insurance company to say they were off the case this is a scam law firm BEWARE don't fall for there tv add ! I was involved in a car accident that I suffered injuries from. I contacted Morgan and Morgan to handle my case. I was told that ********** only offered me $15,000 so they were going to litigations. They had me to sign papers to go to court. No one called me **** ******* had some to text me asking for my insurance card. When I asked who the person was she said that they settled my case without my knowledge. I was out of work for four months wont see any of my income that was lost. No one called me to inform me of any changes. Then you want 33 to 40 percent of the case .Morgan and Morgan failed me . Not to mention how many hands my case went through. Run away from Morgan and Morgan they are not for the people!Business response
