On November 12, 2021, I sent Raymond James all of the necessary documents to be named successor on the mortgage after my mother died. I have arranged for a new mortgage and need Raymond James to provide me with the payout information so that I can close on the new loan. Customer service reps have recorded a number of requests from me to finalize my successor status and promise that someone will call me back. No one calls back after multiple requests. They admit they have all the necessary documents (including a copy of my mother's death certificate), but as of December 7, 2021, they continue to refuse to provide me with the payout information. This means I will lose the terms of my arranged new loan. Please note that neither I nor my late mother chose Raymond James as our mortgage broker. Our loan was sold to them by another bank with no choice on our part. My loan number is XXXXXXXXXX.Business response
