The complainant verified the issue was resolved to their satisfaction.

I'd had a credit balance of $171.50 with Bay View Dental Associates since 1/4/24. When I decided to leave the practice, I requested a refund on May 24, 2024. I was told it would be processed after my cleaning appointment was processed and paid by insurance. The claim was processed and paid in full on May 17th.Despite numerous inquiries and various responses I'm still waiting for my refund. The most recent response from them stated the refund was processed Friday, July 12th and mailed from the ********* area.Two weeks later I still have not received my refund.

This practice has gone through the roof with there prices. I paid 10 k cash for a lower denture with 2 In pllants. Within one year o-rings wore out and was charged $810.00 for 15 min. In the chair..... Will not return and expect an apology and a refund for over charging. Semper-Fi
