            Please review our search process. Customers can freely search for records on out homepage to confirm availability before making a purchase. Searches are free and include information such as first and last name, 

            city/state, allowing customers to verify desired information before committing to a purchase. We don't require customers to buy access to our site before conducting a free search, ensuring the information they seek is available without any obligations. 

            BBB found that these claims were in violation of the BBB Code of Advertising. As of the business has failed to voluntarily substantiate these claims.

            I made a search one time for a cost of what I thought was .99. But was charged .99 plus 6.99 then the next month charged *****. I have had Covid and been unable to check on it until now. When looking at my bank statement this month I was charged ***** yet again. I want to get the two months refunded plus the 6.99 and the subscription I did not make canceled. Can you please help me do that! Thank you!

            Def 0 if possible. This is complete BS and is fraud in trying to opt out of your info on the site. It asks you to confirm just to turnaround and say the verification link has expired after 0.p1 seconds. I know it's to verify your email which is not "opting out" of anything and a lie. POS business which is the rasp it has a BBB rating of an F! Do not sell my info and get it off your website!!!!
