I paid $125 on Nov 7th, 2024 for the background check & to sign up for this company during a 401k rollover educational virtual meeting. The agent I worked with on this told me it was for a financial professional to help people with their money ************************* financial knowledge. My agent never told me this was an insurance sales MLM scheme until the on-boarding meeting the next day when they explain how the commission system works during which I finally knew it was a MLM. After the second-day meeting I found out this was all about selling life insurance and getting more recruits to do it too. This is not what I was told I was signing up for at all. I am requesting a full refund for the $125 I spent with this company. I also request expressly that all my personal information be deleted, including but not limited to my name, ssn, address, phone number, email address, and credit card information. My associate ID (WFG Code) is D1S5J.

I paid $125 for my background check on oct 29th and nothing was really explained to me besides were are going to change your life and i believed her. I wanted to really learn but after going I realized its not really what it seems to be. She wanted me to recruit more people and sign up for life insurance and or recruit people and make them sign up for life insurance. it feels very pressuring and trying to get me to finish the online test within two weeks. They are hiding what they are doing and had me pay another $25.95 for the study class prep test. its all hidden behind want to get rich, i want to get rich but i feel more harassed with emails or phone calls from random people about helping me pass quicker. just raising red flags. i was rushed to add a signature to get to where i need to pay. i just want my money back and removed from there list completely.there online document.

I was rushed into transactions and empty promises of this business. They were quick to take my money with multiple meeting set up every other day if not sooner so I could visualize my future with the business. Upon a little break in between meetings I looked up the business and found that it was an MLM business rather than a financial sales business. They pride themselves on selling financial services to others meanwhile their objective is to recruit as many people as possible to make money which is very misleading. I went into it thinking I would be a financial advisor and after just three to five meetings and classes I was taught very little and then was asked to invite close family and friends to be recruited underneath me. This is the closest definition to a pyramid scheme with it being legal for some reason. I was charged on October 19th 2024 for the cost of $125 for a "background check" and charged again on October 22nd 2024 for $32.54 for the pre-licensing exam. I consider myself lucky getting out as early as I did because I have seen multiple reviews that say people dump way more money than I did into this company.

To whom it may concern, I paid $125 and $35.95 both on October 10, 2024 for a background check and pre-licensing course, respectively. I was informed by the agent I worked with that it was a financial position to educate people about money and be able to help people get out of debt. My agent never informed me that it was an insurance sales MLM scam. After further research, I found out it was about selling life insurance and getting more recruits by hounding and pestering family and friends. This is NOT what I was told I was signing up for. I am requesting a full refund for the $125 and $35.95. I spent with this company. I would also want all my personally identifiable information, social security number, address, phone number, and email removed from ***'s systems. My WFG code that was sent is: D0T35.

*** Agent ******* Dingly recruited me but after several friends and family members urged me to find a more reputable company, I informed him that I was going a different direction to protect my reputation, I had signed no contract and simply asked that he let it be and go away. He refused and instead harassed, bullied, humiliated and slandered me via dozens of emails, texts and voicemails. He wouldnt stop so I am reporting him.

I was asked by a agent to join their finance team but they never told me the so-called "finance team" is totally a insurance sales MLM scam. As a college student I was vulnerable and did not realize I was pushing and inducing to pay more unknown fees. I Paid $125 on June 21, 2024 for a so-called background check through a Zoom meeting. They never told me that it was to sign up to be an agent but just said it was a step to join the team. I also paid $35.95 on June 24, 2024 for the Xcel Solution - health and life insurance course. After getting the insurance license, I thought I have paid enough fees to join the finance team. However on September 9, 2024 I was asked to pay the $40 again to register on the *** websites. Then I notice I need to pay nearly every month for access the web AND a insurance for agent. So I was totally anxious and terminated the agent position yesterday on Oct 8, 2024. Then today I saw another email told me "According to our records, as of 10/9/2024 you have an outstanding debt in the amount of $-71 that was not settled prior to your termination from and still owed to WFG." I never used the web or any other services. How dare they are trying to steal money from a young college student without any incomes! My agent never told me these fees ahead but just let me faced the awkward situation when the fees pop up. Therefore, I am requesting a full refund for the $125, $35.95, $40 I already spent with this company AND remove the extra $71 debt from me. I also want all my personal information deleted and no further contact from this company. If those refund is not available, I afraid to ask my attorney to get involved. Please contact me through the email provided.

Dates are on some of the photos attached. ***************************** approached me on a college recruitment job platform called Handshake in July. ****** worked for a financial firm called Blue Horizon Financial. Immediately I looked up the company and made sure everything was legit not knowing that ****** was working as an independent contractor for World Financial Insurance Group. She approached me through her own *********** name. After several interviews for a financial professional position, she told me that I would have to obtain my insurance license, pay for a prelicensing course, a background check, and in-depth learning courses about different insurance policies I would be selling. That amount was $125. The WFG agent had me sign an agent agreement and pay $125. This was paid to WFG under her agent code #**CTB. She said that was it and after that, I would be contracted to work for WFG as an independent contractor. While studying to obtain my license they required me to attend several weekly meetings as training however there wasn't any real training, just guest speakers or people talking about their success in WFG. I obtained my license and then was instructed to pay again $40 to add my license. I feel that was targeted as a young adult and was taken advantage of by WFG. I have not paid my $40 and have sent termination letters to both my uplines ( *************************** and ***************************** ). I realized that WFG still hadn't delivered any courses or shown me how I could help families become financially free.
