  I applied to a job on LinkedIn which seemed fitting. They promoted financial services and helping other obtain financial literacy. The company name was Pinnacle Elite. During the beginning stages of the meeting, it seemed amazing at what they were offering and did not seem like a MLM company. They asked for personal information in which I gave them under assumptions that this was a firm that was working remote. After I submitted my information and paid a $125 "licensing fee" in which they had me use a referral code, I exited the interview. This pitch did not seem like a MLM company, but upon further review of their model and how they want to meet, it definitely is. I do not want this company storing my information and I would like a refund. The meeting was very mis-leading and I hope this does not happen to others.
