Hello, I have tried to contact you by phone , to stop charging me for a service , I have never used and did I authorize. You have charged me on July l26 , July 27th , Aug 26, and Aug 27 2022, I want my bank account refunded all charges immediately.Dont make any changes to my account again!Business response

I foolishly used call truth one time and tried to cancel it the next day. when you call you get a recording to go to their email address, I did and it will not bring up their business. I finally did manage to go through my credit card and was told it would be stopped after contacting them. They have continued to bill me for 11 months since then and to protect my excellent credit I have paid the bill and have continued to try to contact them to no avail.. I have the receipts for all 11 months, from Nov 2021 through September 2022. I want a refund for the many months you have charged me and want the charges STOPPED immediately!Business response

trying to cancel call truth. when you call their phone number the voice tells you to go to ********************************** to cancel. when you click on the link it does not do anythig. no other course of action available. need this automatic withdrawl stopped.Business response

a) The name and email address that you opened your account with.
b) The first 6 digits and last 4 digits of the credit card that was used (do not send the entire card--just the card BIN and the last four).

I have cancelled my subscription with them months ago and my card is still being charged every month ! I did more research and apparently this is happening to numerous people. Every month I find myself still trying to cancel the subscription when it says that it has been cancelled because its still charging my card. Every month it charges me 25$. This has been going on for 7 months now.Business response

I was foolish and tried Call Truth Free Trial one evening. That same evening I cancelled the Free Trial. Since then I have had $29.95 deducted from my Business Checking Account every single month starting in January 2021 up to June 2022. I have never logged in or been back to their website for anything. I have even changed my debit card number and they continued to debit my account. I would really appreciate Call Truth cancelling this service and refunding $539.10 back to my account.Business response

Hi, I filed a complaint about Call Truth 7/10/22. The Complaint # ********. In the Complaint I asked that the Account be closed and they refund my bank account $539.10. Their response indicated they closed the account and also refunded my charges. However, they have only refunded (10) Charges of $29.95 for $299.50. I still need the remaining (8) Charges refunded for $239.60. Is that something you would be able to assist with? I really appreciate your help with this matter.

I used call truth over a yr ago. Just realized last month their still taking money out. I called to stop charges an they still haven't. I finally had to get bank to issues new card to stop transactions. If possible id like my money back. Thats around $300Business response

This company takes crefit card information utilized for 1 time transaction of information look-up and automatically starts a monthly charge. When emailed to cancel, nothing happens.Business response

I would like a complete refund of every charge. I was dumb and agreed to a little over$2. I should've known better but this Is obviously a scam. My fault for falling for it. I do not have the money to be wasting on this c*** I never went back to the site after I found out because I didn't want to be taken advantage of more &wasn't sure what could happen if I did try to fix it on my own. Call truth.com is taking money out of my account well they took out ***** 2 times in April. This was cancelled in December And I want all my money added back to my debit card . I cant talk to a person. They know exactly what their doing. I am on a fixed income ssi disability and this is wrongBusiness response

This was a free trial for there services. Cancel anytime. So I canceled 4 months ago. They are still taking money from my account. Every time I email them they tell me it's been canceled and I will receive my refund in 2-3 days. Has not happened. This is a generic message they send and the phone number listed just gives the email address. Finding out they are doing this to hundreds of people.Business response
