A responce from 10/7/2023 FFAM ,information from *********** dated november 18 2023!
and november 19 2023,acount nr ***************** ****** hulu *********** ca //**************************** account ending 9969.
I reseached my records,because of internet ***** ,accounts once closed were distroyed.
So i reached out to Hulu costermer service with infomation forwarded to 10/7/2024
Hulu responce, we haven't located any subscriptions of yours in our system. this mater
closed and account deleted

This is a debt collector for Hertz Rental cars. This accident involved a Hertz rental car that ran a redlight and hit me in my personal vehicle. The attached document shows that I was not a fault. Please stop harassing me and contact the appropriate party that was deemed at fault.Business response

I was never financially responsive for this bill. National Car Rental was 100% negligent in pursuing the responsible insured driver and his insurance agency. National has a zero balance for this debt as it was paid in full by the insurance company of the driver that hit the rental car. First Financial sent a demand payment for the full balance AFTER National provided a letter that the debt was paid in full. This is unacceptable. I want to never receive another debt payment demand and I want all 3 credit agencies to remove this from my credit reports.Business response

I am receiving multiple harassing telephone calls from various numbers on a regular basis without any identifying caller ID information and the caller fails to leave a voice message identifying themselves or the organization they represent. I have requested for them to cease and desist all contact on numerous occasions; however, they continue to call from multiple numbers after being blocked due to the ongoing harassment. I am not obligated to correspond with this company in any capacity as there is no contractual agreement requiring me to do so. This complaint is in regards to First Financial Asset Management. Received and email (to my wifes email! Stating I owed a small amount of money to a rental car company. They stated they have sent thousands of emails to me yet Ive never gotten one, They stated my account is frozen with this car rental company and changed the story multiple times on what the amount was for. None of this is true as called the car rental company in question. This company is a scam. Will be contacting an attorney. BBB you should be pushing to have these false front businesses shut down,Business response

I rented an auto from ***** in October of 2023. I received a very suspicious letter and emails stating I damaged the rental car. These emails and letter never disclosed the auto rented or damage they claim the auto had. I did call upon the first letter only to be asked details such as the auto rented along with the damage claimed. Both of these simple requests were not able to be confirmed along with asking myself personal questions the they should have.I contacted ***** directly to further check into this matter. The Hertz representative explained no damage to the as done to the auto I rented and it would reflect upon the final invoice I received including the invoice I requested in December 2023. I have ignored this until I received a phone call that I ignored as I did not recognize the number. I did look the number up and it shows First Financial Asset Management **** The letter attached is a supposed debit collector stating I need to respond to them by 5/31/2024 to dispute. I do not feel comfortable contacting this company as ***** provided a statement and confirmed the auto was returned without damage. Please help with matter the email provided shows an attachment of an invoice that does not open, never have they included a detailed invoice of $910.88 they claim I owe.Business response

FIRST FINANCIAL., IS COMMITTING unfair debt collection practices by furnishing debts to my consumer report as a means of coercing me to pay an extension of credit, which is a direct violation of 18 U.S.C.894- Collection of an extension of credit by extortionate means. They have taken adverse action against me with forethought and malice, by furnishing inaccurate and knowingly false collections to my consumer report without my lawful authority. This adverse action defined under 12 CFR ****** (c)(1)(i), has negatively impacted my ability to extend credit and operate in commerce. Congress makes it clear that causing a restraint of trade, pursuant to 15 U.S.C.1, is declared to be illegal to and carries both civil and criminal penalties. My right to privacy clear that causing a restraint of trade, pursuant to 15 U.S.C.1, is declared to be illegal to and carries both civil and criminal penalties. My right to privacy and my right to know where and how to direct disclosure of my nonpublic information in accordance to 15 U.S.C. 6801(a) of the Gramm ***** ****** Financial Protection Act has been violated. I declare under penalty and perjury that the foregoing is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. Further I certify that I am permitted by *************** Law to file. I also understand that knowing and willful statements or omission of material fact. They have also violated O.C.G.A 16-9-121.
