Below is the latest email that was sent to this customer. They cancelled their order and were fully refunded in USD. Our merchant provider, Paya, nor Feld Fire does anything with exchange rates. We were deposited $5617.60 when they purchased and refunded that amount when they cancelled. See my email below and that was sent with a screen shot of our merchant account for her transactions. This customer was fully credited.
We dont do the exchange rates neither does Paya as already stated. Your CC was declined twice initially. I am not sure if anyone called in to get the CC processed and was attempting to process online creating two charges. You can see the timestamps from the merchant account. Your account was refunded the exact amount it was charged the following day, again you can see that in our merchant account. You will be refunded that amount again for the cancellation. I am not sure why you cant understand we and Paya do not handle the exchange rate, these are transactions in ** Dollar only as noted below and on your receipts. You need to contact your bank or card issuer on the exchange rate, we have nothing to do with that. I cannot be more clear with you than this.
