absolutely terrible, I left a BBB complaint. Please take a look at the other complaints for a balanced decision. You get what you pay for, in my case I got even less

This is simply a case of buyers remorse , how it all started was we had performed a contract for ********** cousin back in July of ****************************************************************** the future , Mr. ******* cousin then referred our business to him then which *** ****** contacted our business to  come out and take a look at his project he would like completed in the which I replied whenever I can get myself available I would be more than happy to give a free estimate. Mr. ****** contacted us from a month to month basis for about a year or so with pictures of the property and constant text messages, which is normal for a potential client 
until we finally had gotten freed up enough to get him an estimate. I had gave ********* a quote and he had to review it with his spouse which is normal, he had texted me later that evening, saying that it was a go eagerly he had contacted me shortly after that text message asking when we can get started I had told him on the phone that we would have to get a contract in order first before I can get started which I had met him and his wife at their nearby property which they instructed me to do, after we had went over all the numbers and got the document signed Mr. ****** was very eager to know when we could get started. I informed him that I would be on a contract for the next week and part of the next. finally, once we were able to get finished with our previous contract, we set a date to come out and get started. We had went over the plans multiple times together before I had even started once I got all my equipment out there We had tore out all of the old concrete, Brought in numerous amounts of base rock, designed him a custom Rockwall with dress rock along the top once we had gotten everything to where it needed to be , I had showed Mr. ****** before we installed any asphalt which he replied me with a text saying it is beautiful after all the base was set up and compacted we had came in a few days to a week later and installed the asphalt which was gorgeous we had gotten finished up with the asphalt and I had Mr. ****** come and take a look to see what he thought. He said it exceeded anything he could have ever imagined he was in love with how we made the slope of the driveway, more accessible for him and his wife and he said the asphalt looks beautiful. I could not have asked for a better job. He loved the work we had done so much he had put together A gift basket full of ******** games and switches and all of the works he so-called a swag bag for my buddies son which was very thoughtful of him. We had included a oil base seal coat in the price of the contract, which we were to apply once the asphalt had set up. I had put him off for a later day, which he was fine with not shortly after a few of my family members and myself had contracted, the coronavirus due to the sickness, my family members and I quarantined ourselves, not wanting to spread the virus to anyone else not shortly after that we had some misfortunate occurrences happening in our family from heart attacks two death. I can only be one place at a time, especially when its happening to myself, I had kept in contact with Mr. ****** explaining everything that was going on which he understood or so I thought. Then contacted me in a very unprofessional manner. I had informed him everything that was going on once again which he replied, your life has no bearing on me he was not compassionate whatsoever, which I found very rude, but I understood I had apologized that it had taken so long and after all of the threats of attorneys and so forth, I had instructed him that I would be out to apply the coating it was coming into the rainy season so I wanted to get it done before the weather set in or possibly wait until the next season, but he persisted that we applied it. Once we had applied coating I had received a phone call about a week later saying that we destroyed his garage doors so like any professional would do. I let him know that I would be out there too clean up. Any mess left behind. I had arrived out to the premises and took before, and after pictures of when I cleaned the overspray off of the garage door, you cannot even tell that there was anything ever on it . He was finally satisfied or so. I had thought he had called back with complaints of improper cutting of the concrete and front of the garage doors, which he was happy with before we installed the asphalt and after we installed the asphalt, he persisted that we cut it after the asphalt was down, which I had instructed him that we were going to make a bigger mess than just leaving it how it was after all he was satisfied when the job was completed he kept on so much. I finally had my guy cut the concrete. Remove it and patch it back in, once again, I thought he would be satisfied. I have not heard anything from Mr. ****** since we have completed the contract until now stating that we are a bunch of monkeys that do not know how to lay asphalt. My company is very professional and I have been in business Way too long to be talked to in a very dehumanizing manner. I am a man of my word when I say I will do something. I will get it done. I apologize that it had taken me longer than I said to get the contract fully completed with the seal coat and all of the so-called fix-its that he was once satisfied with. I am a professional and do not appreciate the slander and. The defecation of my business after over a year later if he would have contacted myself, I would have been more than happy to come out and take a look at any problems that he had like I had done multiple times before.
