      We bought 3 big boxes of chocolate. And my husband got it from ******* supercenter in **** *******. The hot chocolate does not taste good and the company argues with me about the receipt and we paid $ ***** dollars. We want our money back. And them.to stop arguing with me because we have health issues and we got sick on the hot chocolate and I'm upset because we want our money back because we are on social security. We are recovering from covid. We both had covid and we were kicked out of our apartment and we were homeless for 24 days and now we have a nice place. Resolution, we want our money back. Thank you

      I bought 4 BANQUET FAMILY SIZE HOMESTYLE GRAVY AND SLICED WHITE MEAT TURKEY dinners. All had the same numbers on them and all of them had the plastic cover over the meal open and gravy had spilled out while it was still being made and froze the meal container to the box. Obviously since the product wasn't sealed properly I couldn't possibly eat them. Although I did try cooking one and it smelled rancid and looked like bacteria was growing on it. When I called and only requested coupons to replace my meals I got a hard time from the representative until I requested to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor then said that they would send me coupons in the mail. Upon receiving these coupons the value of the coupons were only for $3 off a product. The retail price of these meals is nearly $4 give or take a few cents depending on where you go. Since they insisted on insulting me and not even sending me a coupon to cover the full cost of the meal that could have easily made somebody sick, I want a check for a full refund of the price of 4 meals plus tax as would be purchased from Wal-Mart in Michigan.

      I purchased multiple hungryman tv dinners at my local ******* on Sunday the 24th of September 2023. I made one to eat today and as I was eating the 1st Salisbury steak i bit down on something very hard and it shot pain throughout the left side of my upper teeth. Pieces of bone or tooth were falling into my hand. My tooth is cracked. I called the customer service at ********************** and I was hung up on by both reps, when i was asked for the reason of my call, as I moved forward to let them know why I was calling, there was a long pause and than I was hung up on, not by one individual but also the 2nd one when I called back to have this situation addressed. Very bad and poor customer service and they need to pay for my dental repair, because their product damaged my health and they need to be held accountable for it. I Still have the uneaten rest of my product and the other Salisbury steak untouched. The reason I reached out to the BBB is because of the extremely poor and uneducated customer service and disrespectful behavior placed toward me when i am a buyer initiating an extremely dangerous situation to health of their consumers, and being hung up on. I was not accidentally disconnected or anything unavoidable these people chose to end the call without explanation and it's rude and i will never purchase another conagra product again in my life and I will blast this company all over the internet. I have attached 6 images. Thank You

      The issue has not been resolved and I have sent attachments to the business also showing the product the item that was in the product and also a piece of my tooth. They are beating around the **** and I'm sick of repeating myself and therefore I cut off communication with the business rep that was calling me

      I purchased a product under their company umbrella at ******* on 8/27. It was ***** Tennessee pride mini sausage biscuits. At home after purchasing, I noticed the product is actually on buns/rolls and not biscuits. Which I didnt want, but I purchased based on product name on the box (biscuits). I reached out to company and asked for a refund. I feel this is mid-leading product packaging. Their response was the product is indeed on buns. They offered no reconciliation. I would like my money back.

      I contacted Conagra on 8/28/23 to find out the expiration date on a jar of pickles I bought. A representative (****) told me the information was located on the bottle. I informed her I know that and checked the entire bottle top, bottom, and sides and couldn't find a date. She asked for the bar code which I gave her. She then told me she couldn't help me. I told her this was unacceptable and that Conagra is running the risk of poisoning people by omitting this information.

      On July 4th I purchased two boxes of their ****** in blankets (with mustard and k**** inside.) I purchased them at Publix. Neither box had anything inside the blankets that was k**** or mustard. I contacted customer care as Publix wasnt going to take back cooked food. I took a picture of the box, hot dog and my Publix receipt. The company said, Thanks for contacting us.

      Purchased several TV dinners that were rancid. ********************************* gave me $3 off coupons. My rather large Frozen dinners were approximately $6 each. I didn't need a succession of $3 off coupons forcing me to buy more than I needed. I am in the military and I did not get a chance to use these coupons and I *********** out soon they expired almost as soon as I received them. Because of the circumstance I would like my money for my original rancid TV dinners return to me instead of expired and not expired $3 off coupons. I have been a patron of the company for years and I at this point would like a refund of my $24. I have called the toll-free number numerous times and I have been treated very poorly. Thank you

I am in the military I eat two at a time because I am on the Fly I patronize ********************************* especially their pies and you treat me this way? A military man protecting your country? You won't replace my coupons $15? Shame on this company shame on ConAgra. I will now never purchase from ConAgra again neither will my family the loss is theirs anything that says ConAgra will not be bought and I intend to tell my military personnel to boycott as well.       Conagra runs a promotion with Publix grocery store. They failed to provide me with a $10.00 Publix gift card and gave me the runaround and referred me back to Publix. Publix confirmed that this is a Conagra issue to resolve not theirs. Attached below is some of the correspondence with a Conagra representative which stopped responding to my emails, I have been back and forth with Conagra since January 2023:Here is the response from Publix that ConAgra is responsible and failed to issue an electronic card to my Club Publix Acct. This was for the one that should have been issued back around January 20. I will be contacting the better business bureau if you do not issue me a $10 card, this time I want a physical card mailed to me:Copy of letter from Publix:Re: Case #********: ******************************** We received the above concern from the BBB on April 25, 2023. We apologize for any inconvenience ****************** experienced with the ConAgra Frozen Foods Reward Program. We have no record of ****************** contacting Publix previously for a resolution to his concern based on the phone number, email, or address he provided in his contact to the BBB regarding this concern.We apologize for the difficulties ****************** encountered with accessing ConAgra's Frozen Foods Reward. Although the reward is a Publix Digital or Physical Gift Card, the website and issuing of the reward gift card is not maintained by Publix but by ConAgra and their Administrator *******************. We encourage ****************** to contact the vendor to share the issues he has experienced.We have searched ********************** Club Publix account and do not show that ConAgra issued a digital Publix Gift Card to him. Since we do not administer this program, we have no way to check if ConAgra mailed him a gift card. Please see the excerpts below from the ConAgra Frozen Foods Rewards Program Terms and Conditions and from the Frequently Asked Questions regarding how to handle issues with not receiving your reward.

      On March 28, 2020 I was eating a ConAgra Brands' Duke Sausage when I bit down on a bone fragment and it chipped my tooth. I went to an emergency dental appointment (during Covid lockdown) and had to pay just under $900 for dental work. I subsequently filed a claim with ConAgra. I mailed the bone fragment to them in good faith, they sent to their lab. ConAgra passed my case over to *************************** with Broadspire (A ******** Company). After much time had passed, we agreed on a settlement to the claim in the amount of $1200.00. I signed their release form in consideration of the sum of $1200.00 being paid to me. They never fulfilled our settlement agreement and failed to pay the claim settlement. I have signed receipts of **** Certified mailings and many, many emails demonstrating all of the aforementioned facts. They stopped talking to me.
