Hi ***********************************, The service date was 5/11/2022
I apologize for the late response. I'm just seeing your review, I have a invoice for you where we performed a service for you that cost $375. You had a faulty air conditioning system which was not working due to a bad capacitor and a dirty condensing unit. We in turn cleaned your condenser and replaced the capacitor. Of course any cleaning by D's Air & Heating, **** gives you the
D's Guarantee...After a D's Air & Heating, **** "Tune-Up" if your unit fails during this a/c / heating season we will return without charging you a service charge.

You called and said it wasn't cooling correctly. We returned on 5/13/2024 and through troubleshooting found that the system was undercharged and you needed refrigerant as well as a sealant to maintain the system pressure once we add the refrigerant. We added the required refrigerant and added sealant to prevent the refrigerant from leaking out as long as the leak isn't too big. Then if there is a big leak, the sealant which we added has a UV dye, which we can easily find the leak if we have to return. You paid us an additional $594. If you are unhappy with any service which D's Air & Heating, **** performs you can always reach out to us and we will address any issues or concerns that you may be experiencing.
