I'm in the process of su*** *************************. When I originally talked with him on the phone and requested a consultation, he was at my house in a flash. He seemed like a personable guy. Brought his well-trained dog with him and offered to take my 1.5 year old American Staffordshire/Shepherd mix for a month to live with him and receive 24/7 train***. I thought that was a bit of overkill since my dog already knew all the basics and I just wanted some "tweak***". I was go*** on vacation for a week, so I suggested he take my dog while I was on vacation and just keep him for 2 weeks. He promised that my dog would be groomed, brought to a swimm*** pool, receive plenty of exercise and I'd also receive multiple videos of my dog's progress. Yeah, didn't happen. I got about 3 videos of my dog play*** with the other dogs at his doggy day care. That's it.Fast forward 6 days when I got back from vacation and turned my phone on as my plane is taxi-*** to the gate to receive a message from Prentice say*** he needed to br*** my dog home that night as he was "very busy". Mind you, he was supposed to keep him for 2 weeks. I paid $2500 for this. I didn't argue with him about br****** my dog back early and missed my dog, so I agreed. He promised to continue train*** as he "needed to train me, too" and said we would meet for 2 (one hour) sessions every week for the next 5-6 weeks. He met with us ONE time for 10 minutes in a park*** lot. At this point, I realize we can't work together as he kept blow*** me off. We'd set up multiple times to get together and he'd never show or respond, so I had my husband call to say he was go*** to take over the train*** with him. Prentice proceeds to start yell*** at my husband say*** "the deal wasn't with him!" and hangs up on him. I have not seen nor heard from him since. This was in March 2021. He also had me buy a $200 electronic collar which I gave him in its' original packag***. He's refused to return it to me.
