      On Nov 14th2021 my car was hit head on by another vehicle in my lane. Claim #********** ******************* is the policy holders name That vehicle was in a rush to get to work and instead of stopping for a truck that turned in front of him, he decided to go fully into oncoming traffic with all four wheels of his car and wrecked my car. It's a **** ******* Elantra with just liability insurance. The other vehicle has Allstate insurance. The driver isn't on the policy,they didn't even report it to there insurance company for a week. Now almost 3 weeks later Allstate has denied my claim saying that there driver was cut off by a truck,so they aren't at fault at all. I would have to find the person who cut them off. He remained at the scene and wasn't involved in the accident because he didn't hit anyone. He had said that the Allstate driver was speeding and recklessly drove around him. I've tried calling Allstate insurance to speak with a manager,I've tried emailing them, Instagram messages, ******** messenger and they will not respond at all. It's only been one women FAIZA TALIB who refuses to hear anything about the case. They just want to deny everything. They hit me 100% and illegally crossed a double yellow line into oncoming traffic to do so. Please help me. Im looking for vehicle damages and storage fees to be fairly paid.

      Hello- I am writing in hopes of resolving an issue I am having with a claim. I was in an accident on November 17th. The morning after the accident my husband contacted Allstate to inform them of it and start a claim, the number is **********. I was assigned ******************************* in ******, ** as a representative and he called me to get my account on that day. The very next day I heard from the police with a report number, as well as the other party's insurance agent. I contacted ******************** with all of this information. My husband received a call back letting us know that we didnt need to take any further action at this time, and that we should hear back from him within a day or two. It has now been FIFTEEN days, more voicemails than I can count, a couple emails, and even some calls to our local agent, and we have not heard back from him at all, not even to let us know what the progress was. I have been without a vehicle for FIFTEEN days with no word on IF my vehicle will be repaired, nonetheless when it will or if not when I will receive a settlement. I have been relying on rides from friends and family to get both my children to and from separate schools daily, as well as myself to work, as my husband uses his car to commute to work. Neither of us can really afford to miss work as a teacher and police officer, but due to scheduling conflicts have been forced to on two separate occasions. I almost find it hard to believe that a major insurance company would conduct themselves in this fashion. I believe it is in the best interest of everyone, including Allstate as a whole, for ******************** to be held accountable for his lack of communication, and possibly lack of work, although I have no way of knowing being that my claim online hasnt gotten past the schedule an inspection portion online, although he has told me that they will contact the body shop directly and I did not need to do so. I do not know how to get the company to reply to me or continue working on this

      Claim Number SLR ***** My car was hit while parked I contacted my insurance to make a claim the repair shop I wanted to complete the repairs had a long wait so I asked the claim rep to give me a preferred repair shop with foreign car knowledge. I went with A1 collision who ruined my car and did not complete the repairs. My car was in the shop with them over 3 times and they could not complete the job. I reached out to my claim rep who is very rude Lakonka ******* who told me to pick a shop I prefer and the repairs would me covered. I made and appointment and had my car inspected the estimate and photos where sent to my claims rep. *** provided me no follow up or anything, I receive a call from an adjuster ***** stating I had to take the car back and leave it and they would cover me a rental. I was told I was not responsible for the rental fees and It was approved. I called Lakonka and email I received me response so I called and spoke with another rep who told me It was approved for five days and she provided me the reservation number 504db9. I confirmed with ***** numerous times that I was not responsible. I get a charge on my card to for all rental fees and told that farmers cancelled the reservation and charge leaving me to foot the ****. I have never been treated so horrible as a paying loyal customer by a business I have a car that I can not drive that I paid a repair shop $1000 deductible to not do anything but cause damage. I have been treated like trash by your company and scammed out of almost $400 for a rental car that I did not agree to pay for, I told ***** If i had to pay I would not take my car to automark again because they already provided photos and estimates. The rental agreement states **** to farmers now I'm being charged for something that I did not cause. A company should not be allowed to take advantage of customers and allow repair shops to damage cars.

      My wife was rear ended in her 2014 Toy Highlander. The Driver that struck our vehicle did not want to cooperate and took off. My wife was able snap a pic of the vehicle and the license plate. The police were called and was able to find the vehicle and he was able to get their Insurance info. Allstate auto insurance was they're company.Fast forward; Our car has been in the body shop since November 5, 2021 and all we needed was a supplement to be approved from Allstate. Allstate was sent the supplement sheet and we found out that Allstate had the supplement sheet since November 8th. Allstate advised us that they had 5 to 7 days to respond /approve the supplement. It is now December 1st. I have called the Allstate ***** number and have spoken to a Claim specialist with no resolution. As of December 1st at 1:55 pm (CST) I contacted the same ***** number and repeated my problem and once again I'm waiting on an answer. We have spent over ******* on rental which they will not reimburse but a portion. which is unfair. If Allstate would of approved the supplement we wouldn't of had to spend this amount. However at this point, it's unsure when they will approve the supplement so we are not done with this expense. Our situation is not complicated, and our vehicle wasn't a total or extensive in damages. Another issue is that Allstate keeps stating that they are using Third party adjusters. Which shouldn't have any bearing as to approving the paperwork. I am a retired Police officer of 28 years. I know customer **********************. I understand things happen, so I'm not an unreasonable man. All I want is for someone in Allstate to call me with sincerity and approve the paperwork so the body shop can complete the repair. I also want to be compensated for the rental reimbursement as this did not have to be dragged out for this length of time and ** having to put out this huge amount in rental fee.

      Refusal to cover a flooded car. My policy has flood coverage. My mechanic said it should be a total... I'm having g the car junked per the mechanics recommendation on the car post flood. Issues I the car cost more than the car to repair. Allstate is refusing to pay a dime leaving my mechanic and I holding the bag with a seat ripped out of the car.....

      The Worst insurance. I have 3 policies with them. Was going to purchase a 4th but will not. Allstate is unrealistic with the compensation. We had a kitchen leak that damaged our hardwood flooring, kitchen cabinets, and basement ceiling. Their remediation team further damaged our cabinets and Allstate is refusing to pay for it. Furthermore, the cabinets or flooring we have is not available since this home is 11 yrs old, Forcing us to live with mix matched and broken cabinets. This is going to significantly decrease our home value. I requested a manager to call several times, but nobody ever called me back.

      Their coverage is fraudulent and there are unnecessary steps to prove that the items are covered. Every online claim has to followed up by a phone call. Long wait times to encourage customers not to file a claim. In addition, SquareTrade is engaging in predatory sales of useless plans. The company has no intention of repairing or replacing my ** 75 inch tv. They cite that the legs of the tv are accessories and not covered for mechanical failure.

      July 9, 2021 I called to file a hail/storm/wind damage for the roof of my house because grandson showed were water had starting coming in the house after storm. I called agent who told me to have roofer give bid. Then insurance company sent out adjuster. Because of height of house adjuster needed a lift to be ordered from the roofer. Roofer ordered lift which insurance company said they would pay for. Adjuster and roofer took pictures. Insurance company then ordered more pictures in square format of damage. Roofer then sent in more pictures after renting lift and taller ladder. Insurance company changed agents 4 times during this process. Insurance company told roofer that roof was covered and that he only needed additional pictures. it went from adjuster ***** Uluna who said roof was covered. second was *********************************** then to ******************************* then to last person who denied the claim. The last agent said we waited to long to file and roof is too old. I told him we filed the complaint when water was coming in. There was no way I at 93 years old could get up on the roof to see what was going on. I have 4 other companies that gave me bids on the roof damage and Allstate has taken my money each year know want to deny my claim because they said I waited to late to file. I did not know that insurers had to go up on the roof each year to inspect their roof. When Allstate agreed to cover my home for insurance they did a check of my house and approved it. The coverage I took out and have been paying for on time covers my roof. I want my roof fixed and because of my age and that my house is in the city of STL Allstate does not want to cover it. I am contacting my ********, Urban League, Attorney General and everyone else about this injustice. Allstate always claiming you are in 'good hands' but that is a bunch of c*** because when you need them they tell you NO. Offering me $600 for damages is a slap in the face. I am ready to go to court over this matter if I have too!

      I am rejecting this response because:

      My roof was damaged due to the storms in ********. Allstate covered the roof and the roofer included that if additional boards were needed it would be covered. The payment from Allstate also did not include the boarder or material that goes around all 4 chimneys. The Roofer said the insurance did not cover these and when I asked the insurance company they said they had been previously patched so they would not cover. They told roofer that because the chimneys needed tuck pointing they would not cover. When the roared sent in invoice to pay for additional wood that was needed for roof insurance company rufused to pay because they said they don't pay for rotted wood. If you are replacing the roof because it is damaged how do you not replace the underlying boards? Because the roof was damaged it did damage to the inside ceiling and wall. Because the insurance company took over 4 months the water damage turned dark color and they said it was my fault and would not cover the inside walls that were damaged. I want the insurance company to cover the repair of the liner that goes on the outside of the chimney were the roof meets so that water can not get in. I want the insurance company to pay for the additional boards that were needed to put down the new roof. I want the insurance company to pay for the damage to the ceiling and the walls because they would not pay for and allow the roofer to put a tarp over the roof and it took them over 4 months after reporting the roof damage before they approved the roof.

      On November 15, 2021, my car was struck in the Kroger parking lot on ************ in *******, ** by an Allstate customer. *******************, the person who hit my car, gave me her insurance information and I contacted Allstate the same day, 11/15/2021. As of today, 11/29/2021, I have not been contacted by Allstate or the assigned adjuster, *************************. I have placed four calls to Allstate claims and and two calls to ************** but no one from the company has contacted me. I would like to get my car fixed and feel this company has been negligent in taking care of this claim. I would like someone to contact me ASAP and start the process for getting my car fixed.
