Yesterday - November 28th, 2021, I was towed from Lansing ******** to ****, *******.AAA delegated the tow to Big Tows. AAA is responsible for the lack safety as a very large black man who was having a very bad day, acted rather vexed at having to do his job.I was on edge within the tow truck as this very large black man drove.He obviously hated me for what seemed like no reason.I tried to contact AAA about the experience however I was unable to.I am asking AAA of Chicago to contact me as a result. AAA has disabled to review option for that tow.The Tow Truck Driver grabbed my credit card and read aloud to someone and charged me an additional $40.I am scared to reactivate my card due to this.AAA is responsible for this interaction which put fear into my heart and scared the heck of out me.They need to contact me and they need to explain they allowed this interaction to occur.Although, this is not criminal as I was not actually hurt, I feel like AAA has no quality assurance when choosing drivers.I also want a refund of the $40 which I was charged.Business response
