      In November 2021, I was going to travel to *****. In April 2021, I purchased my ticket to ***** from AAA Travel in Chicago. The purchase was for $1175.00. This was charged to my card. I canceled this flight in October due to ***** closing the country due to Covid. I requested the request from Travel AAA Chicago in November 2021. I am still waiting for the refund. I have contacted AAA consistently since November, and I just get the run-around. If the issue is with Air India, AAA Chicago could refund me and then work things out with Air India.I am out $1175.Please assist.Thanks,

      In speaking with both the travel rep and multiple supervisors handling the issue, we are still working to resolve with Air India.  We have also attempted to get in contact with ***** and have left messages on his voicemail.  Should ***** require additional assistance, he can contact Linesha at ************************ or her supervisor *************************** at **************.  We are sorry that Air India hasn't resolved this matter in a more timely matter, but we continue to work with our vendor rep to properly secure the refund.

      In November 2021 I renewed my yearly membership to AAA Plus RV for $148.00. I tried to use them for the first time this year on 3/26 for a flat tire. After logging the request through the app, I was informed it wouyld be an hour. When no one showed to change the tire, I called an was told that they were sending my case to :Dispatch" and I would receive a call. I never did get a call and had to resort to other means to get the tire changed. I would like my memrship fee refunded as they have failed to provide the service I paid for. My membership number is: ****************. I sent a message to their ******** page and have received no reply. Apparently, they are unable to provide reliable roadside assistance and refuse to respond to customers.

They business did mention something about the number calls allowed but not a clear explanation. The consumer also has paid up until April and would like the money paid refunded.

      I used the AAA service to replace my car battery, but the technician installed the incorrect battery for my vehicle. I ultimately how to go to a mechanic to get the proper battery installed. AAA wont allow me to return the incorrect battery.

      I waited for 2 days (March 12 & March 13, 2022) for AAA to send someone out to give me a jump-start at my house. I called AAA numerous times, and filed 3 cases on the problem (#*****, #*****, & #*****). AAA claimed that they couldn't find anyone to perform this service. I finally called a local company myself, and they sent a tow-truck over within an hour. This was covered by my State Farm insurance. I was told by the tow-truck driver never to call AAA in northern ********, because I could wait by the side of the road for hours. Essentially, AAA has no coverage in northern ******** outside of Chicago.

      I received a letter from AAA dated December 23, 2021 stating that they will not be renewing my member ship for auto club roadside services. I contacted AAA and they did not give an explanation just stated they don't have an explanation and there is no reason at this time and that is the final decision. They explained tha there is no appea process and this os a final decision. I have been a loyal member since ****. I feel this practice is unjust and unfair. My member number is ****************. I have requested service, from AAA and sometimes have not received the services I requested but I have not complained, I've found other resources to provide me services. AAA has not always proved me and my family with the best services. I acquired this service at the age of forty I'm now a senior and I am in need of this service. I would like AAA to renew my service because it has been a service that has help me in the pass to get pass dangerous situation when I've been stranded on the the road.       I don't agree with the decision being a loyal customer for ****** years and having the family plan things have changed since I originally applied for the membership. I feel the decision is unjust and unfair. I feel the company did not give my long term loyalty consideration.

      We reviewed Mr.Conleys complaint and contacted him by phone on ******* 24, 2022 in an effort to resolve this matter.  Our records show that **************** utilized his AAA membership benefits and we successfully delivered roadside assistance to him at his home on a number of occasions during the month of *******, 2022.  As a result, we are unable to provide him with a full refund for his AAA membership dues.  Unfortunately, there were extreme weather conditions on ******* 8, 2022 during the evening hours that caused a delay in service during this particular service event.  As stated in our AAA Member Handbook, we try to be as responsive as possible, but unavoidable delays can occur during severe weather conditions, an increase in the volume of service requests, unusual circumstances, etc.  We apologized for the delay in service and attempted to explain these terms and circumstances to **************** during our phone call on ******* 24.  However, he clarified that he would only accept a fullrefund for his membership dues and then ended the call without hearing the complete details or any other appeasement offers.  It was evident that *************** would not entertain anything less than a full refund, which is a request that we are unable to accommodate.  We made a good-faith effort to resolve the issue fairly and amicably, and consider the matter closed at this time.Tell us why here...

TWO DAYS LATER I HAD TO CALL AGAIN FOR THE SAME SERVICE WAS TOLD SOMEONE BE OUT AT 2:15PM NO SHOW WAITED UNTIL 3:00PM WAS TOLD NO REPORT WAS DONE THE **** TOLD ME THEY SENT ME SOUTH OF IL. SHE SENT ME NORTH WHICH WAS CHICAGO AREA. WAS TOLD THAN IT WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF SHORTLY. I WAITED UNTIL 8:00PM I CALL WAS TOLD NOT TONIGHT THEY HAD TO DEAL WITH STRANDED FOLKS TRY TOMMRROW..       On November 17, 2021, I called my AAA Chicago number roadside assistance ************ because I had a flat tire. Despite being told that I woould get service within the hour, ( Icalled at right before 7 pm), the roadside person did not show up for 2 hours (9:00 pm). When the person did show up, it seem like he was intoxicated or high once out of his truck (AAA driver's name was LaAntonio *****). Despite my telling him that he was placing the tire lifting device in the wrong place, he did not listen and broke my passenger side bumper. I took several pics and a 3 minute video of him trying to get the bumper back on but I knew real damage had been done and it was not going back on.Despite countless AAA Illinois phone calls where I was put on hold for an hour at a time, no one ever picked up. So I wrote a letter to AAA address I could find on the internet for the Chicago region. Today I even made found a corporate number ************, where they gave me another supposed phone number for- the regional AAA ************ where no one picked up the phone. To date, I have not been able to reach anyone regionally or at there corporate office. It is ridiculous that a customer has go thru thru all or this for get the matter corrected by someone AAA sent out, and damaged my car. Damage that could have been prevented if the young man had paid attention to his work and not shown up drunk of hgh..
